I have NEVER bought a towel set that all of the set was not the same design. I assumed that all of the set would be would be the same. I was very disappointed with the set. If I order anything else I will be very careful,

Soft and Priced Right

These are light weight, but so comfortable. Really nice for hotter weather. I think the price is great, and I like a light weight sheet. Good price and quality is nice.

I just received these towels and they’re beautiful. Very soft and fluffy, exactly what I’d hoped for. I would have given them a 5 star rating but they sat in our local FedEx station for 9 days before they were delivered. I realize it’s Memorial Day week and things tend to get bogged down over holidays, but I ordered them on May 9 and didn’t receive them until the 29th. I’d ordered them to use for company in our guest bath but didn’t receive them until after they left. I’ll be posting a complaint to FedEx as well. Overall, I’ve been happy with the quality and price of everything Wayfair sends and will continue to purchase from you.

These towels are not thick and thirsty as I was hoping. The color is nice, very muted, maybe a little lighter than they appear online. For the price, they are ok.

This towel set is gorgeous. I ordered for the master bathroom in white. They are beautifully displayed on a towel rack.

These are not as advertised. A different brand and terrible. They have laws against this bait & switch and the rep at Wayfair told me to return. I said ok but you have the shipper pick up and supply the box to no avail. Why do I have to jump thru hoops when their vendor is false advertising? I donated a these. Buyer beware. Cheap yellow tinged “white” towels and not designer towels as advertised.

Was not impressed. Washed them in cold water. Delicate dryer. The jacquard towel frayed. The plain one has two lines going across like there were threads not weaved right. Too much hassle to send back. Will keep but would not order them again. They also had lots of fuzz after the dryer. Sorry. Not pleased with them.

Not happy with towels or colour! Never saw packaging like this from Wayfair before! Set stuffed into plastic bag and looked like coffee or whatever had been spilled on outside. VERY disappointed in this purchase. Does not look anything like pictures. PLUS needs to be washed in cold water and delicate ..... really?? Will be returning.

For $57.99 ($219.99 regular price and 74% Off) these are a good buy but definitely not at the regular price. When washed in cold water as per the instructions, left a ring around the inside of my washer. When drying, lots of lint in the filter. Color is spot on.

Cheap - do not buy - poor quality

Cheap, poor quality, and fell apart on the first wash. These are not inexpensive towels, but they are thin and feel so cheap. I was really disappointed and had to go shopping for more towels. I would have brought them back to the store and asked for a refund, but unfortunately, it does not work that way on overstock. Don't waste your money.

These towels are thick and well made. I did find one tiny thread that needed to be trimmed off but they are excellent and wash up beautifully. There is a textured pattern on half of them and the other half of the towels are plain, a super nice contrast. They look amazing with my black and white bathroom.

The towels do have a nice feel to them but I was surprised that some of the stitching fell apart along with the amount of pilling that occurred upon washing the towels for the first time before use. These towels were the only items in the two loads washed and our washer/dryer are only a year old. The hand towels and wash cloths weren't as bad but every bath towel in my order (4 - 6 piece sets) had multiple issues. I would have returned them however I had already donated my old towels to a local charity.

The towels did seem thinner than I would've expected based on their desription. However, my bigger issue was with the color. The invoice says they're white as do the tags on the towels, but they are not. They are definitely a cream color. I don't know how this is possible since the line does have an "ivory" color as this is more ivory. Maybe the actual ivory is a beige. Anyway, the towels are wrapped with a write ribbon and there is a clear contrast in color between the ribbon and towels.

Gorgeous towel set. The most elegant I've ever seen. Fabulous quality too. Unfortunately, the creamy white proved to be too much white in our new chocolate brown and white bathroom. So, we had to go with dark brown instead. I can honestly tell you that I really hated to send them back.

These towels were so disappointing. First off, the body towels are small and thin and not very absorbent. Secondly, there's only one towel in each of the sizes that has the pretty textured swirl pattern. The other towels in the set are plain and really cheap looking. I can't really hang them for show because one is pretty and one is plain and they don't match. So, they're not good for drying off and they're not good for showing off. This purchase was a total loss.

The way they feel when you step out of the shower wrap them around you. So plush I wish I could afford more of them. They really dress up the bathroom, I feel so good seeing them in there when anyone visits. We have a huge family, so someone is always coming to visit. I will soon be 80 years old, so I try to get things that are easy to handle. I am not able to do much at all. My husband is wonderful he takes care of everything!!! We will soon have our 60th Anniversary, so I will feel SO good knowing my bathroom will be LOOKING GOOD with my Wayfair towels hanging in there Im sorry that I wrote all of this. But you may not even see, or look at it....because it will not interest you! In case you HAPPEN to glance at it, I THANK YOU for all the things we are enjoying that came from WAYFAIR. De. Nat.

Love the colors available. The light colors work well in my bathrooms. As to performance, they are thinner than any other all cotton towels I've purchased. With firt use, I noticed some "pulls" in the bath towels. They don't absorb well on either side. Usually one side works well and the other is hard to wipe my skin. These towels both sides don't slide along the skin, making it hard to dry. I'll stick to Turkish cotton towels which are heavier and dry easily and well.

Really frustrated. I ordered two different sets of what were supposed to be expensive towels on sale made by a company called Willa Arlo. But what I received were multiple sets of the same really thin, cheap towels from a company called PCT from "the Casablanca Collection". I called Wayfair Customer Service and they were very polite and prompt about delivering replacement towels. The problem? Again, they are the exact same cheap PCT "Casablanca Collection" towels and NOT what I ordered. Do I call back again and ask them to ship a third set of towels, knowing that they will send the same, incorrect ones again?
