The price was great but could tell gonna have to be easy with it because I could tell by the way the screws went in, that overtightening was going to **** it. Also, I wasn't paying attention but this desk has an opening for the chair on the left and the extra space for the mousepad and mouse are on the right. Well, I have a lefty in the house whom I bought this desk for and he pointed out my mistake.

Perfect little desk

This little desk is just perfect for my laptop and mousepad, nothing else on the top! I’m bad at collecting clutter and the size of this desk makes me keep it cleared off. I keep the drawers organized with nothing but desk supplies. The shelves have enough room for my accordion file folder and extra printer paper.

I've bought from this listing three times. first time was great and i wanted to buy the black version again. turns out, they raised the price. i thought alright, I'll just but the cheaper color and i went with the brown one. two weeks went by and they delayed my shipment after giving a tracking number. i look at the listing and they once again raised the price!! they never contacted me back and i ended up buying one more time because i promised my mother to buy her one. overall the product is great but i felt a bit scammed with the pricing

Perfect for my daughter’s room & great price!

My daughter has been wanting a desk to draw & do homework at for a while now, so when I saw this price I thought I had to give it a whirl, & I’m glad I did. It’s nice looking, has the right amount of storage for her art supplies, & is the perfect size for a bedroom. It was so simple to put together, we brought it outside to enjoy the sunshine for the 20-25 minutes it took, so that’s a plus. I do think it might be a bit small for certain adult uses, but for a teen’s room you honestly can’t go wrong. Definitely recommend!

Great price, great buy!

Its really a great buy! Its small but good for an adult and was exactly what I was looking for. Aesthetically pleasing, and a desk top fits on it just right. The little shelves not only fit the tower, but you can fit some extra stuff on them too. The drawers are good for a bit of storage and are pretty much small versions of the fabric cubes for storage. The color is nice just as pictured. Careful with assembly as the material could easily be damaged if you are too rough with it. Other than that Im extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend, especially if you are looking to not take up too much space.

Manageable - 1 year max for 8yr old

Shipping was faster than expected. Items arrived without damages. However, there were 2 assembly items which were not labeled. That wasted our time trying to guess if parts were missing. Turns out one of the parts was labeled incorrectly (after we discovered the parts didn't match the installation diagram) and the one without a label was installed with guess work to match the installation diagram. We finally got everything assembled and unfortunately, the legs weren't stable/wobbly despite screwing in everything very tight. The surface scratches very easily. Although the install was on a clean surface, we discovered light scratches on the surface after it was turned over. We also realized the table height was lower than expected. I wouldn't recommend for kids older than 10yrs old or a tall child. Rather than return, we plan to keep it for no more than 1yr because our kids would outgrow it very soon.

Good for the price, but won't last.

For the price, this isn't a bad laptop stand, but I wouldn't call it a laptop desk. It's barely large enough to fit a Chromebook and I don't know if my son will be able to use it for distance learning like I had hoped. The fabric drawers are a nice touch, but I wish that there was something to stop them so they didn't push in so far. Also, the back of the desk is unfinished on one (large) piece, so you'll need to plan on having it against a wall. The assembly instructions were pretty horrid and we put the main "leg" pieces on in reverse the first time and had to take it apart, so pay special attention to where they indicate any holes should be facing (though that alone won't save you). Also, head's up that the material is super weak, so when you're turning the cam locks, it's really easy to break the particle board. Have your child do it or be extra careful on that step.

We purchased 3 of these desks for our kids to do virtual learning. They arrived earlier than expected. The assembly was quick. The desk are sturdy and the perfect size. They're not too big or too small. Perfect enough for each child to have their laptop on them and take notes. I highly recommend this item. They will definitely do the trick for the price. And the colors match perfectly with my decor.

I Love That Its Affordable

Chances are you have already checked the measurements on a desk before making the purchase and you realize that this desk only put you out $40 plus the current sales tax rate in your area...you can't be expecting much out of this product. It's affordable, it all came in one piece, minor blemishes but I wasn't expecting perfect to begin with. This is a desk made for hobbits. I can't imagine anyone from a teenager or older trying to use this desk to help with productivity levels; it is just too small. I bought this piece to be setup in a corner to be a home for a monitor and a gaming console...and it serves its purpose. I can't push the gaming chair in all the way when it's not in use because it's just too wide for the desk, but hey...that's not the desks fault (this is merely just a side note for anyone who was curious). The price was right, the desk matched the description and it came unbroken.

The replacement hadn't been opened. There was one piece missing and one piece that did not fit at all. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put it together by myself. I would have returned it if I could have found something similar that exactly fit my needs in the time frame that I needed. I love the small size and the look. However, I could not give this a favorable until someone from the company pulls one off the shelf and puts it together to address the problem. I am making due with this item as it wasn't too expensive and not in a prominent place in my home.

This desk is small and cute. It’s part of the Furinno Go Green Series. The desk was very easy to put together and all the parts went together nicely. It’s made of medium density composite wood and was manufactured in Malaysia. The desk is compliant with CARB regulations (not sure what these regulations are but seemed important to mention) and I didn’t notice the smell that you sometimes get with particle board products. The description says it’s the most stable of the medium density composite woods – stable must not mean strong because it recommends that you put no more than 20 pounds on the top and 10 pounds on the shelves. So, I guess instead of the big sewing machine in the picture, I’ll have to use this desk for the smallest of my machines or find something else to do with it. I do like the like the addition of the fabric bins and you can find other colors of those bins if you needed a little brighter color. It is small, 28.5 in. H x 31.5 in. W x 15.6 in. D and not super sturdy on carpet – would be better on hard floor. I think this will eventually go to the children’s sewing corner. Their machine is very light weight and I can keep their projects in the bins until they are finished. I like that the shelves can keep the box with the extra parts for the machine. I do wish the lower panel could have been put on either side so that you could choose which way you want it to face. ( I didn’t really look – just followed the directions) I might do that anyway. It would make more sense for the extra space to be to the left is sewing (I know, it’s a computer desk, but………….) If I can find some clamp on wheels, I’m going to add wheels (not that it’s too heavy to pick up and move) I know wheels will not work if they have to be screwed in because the material is not that strong. I am not unhappy with the desk – the price should be a giveaway that it’s not stout furniture. It should be good for a while and serve its purpose for me.

I had one problem when I put a screw into the end of one of the shelves and slightly missed the hole and split the wood a bit. Not too serious. Make sure you have good lighting so you can see whether the hole is lined up.

arrived already broken, cheap junk

While I was aware that this was not a high end piece of furniture, I at least expected it to arrive without being broken. However, the item I got was obviously a return that was repackaged. It arrived with breaks in 2 of the pieces making it impossible to even assemble. The wood was chipped and had paint scratches on it, plus all the wrapping was already off each piece yet stuffed back into the box. Not only did I receive a piece of repackaged junk, but it is incredibly poor quality. I am returning this. Just wanted a small desk for my young child, but even this is too bad to qualify. Don't bother with this.

You Get What You Pay For

This desk looks exactly like the picture, but it was smaller than I imagined. Be sure to check the dimensions before purchasing. It is tiny - about the size of a night stand. It fits fine in our exchange student's bedroom with enough room for his laptop and a small writing area or a tiny lamp. He can put some light school supplies on the shelves and in the drawers.
