Poor design and customer service

Within one week of having this bed the center beam had cracked and center legs broke off leaving the mattress to dip down. I called Lulu & Georgia and was told we were outside of our window to get a replacement or any compensation. Our daughter loved the bed so we paid to have the center beam rebuilt and a 3rd center leg attached only to have it snap in half again a few days later. She weighs 75 pounds and there was no jumping on the bed. We are now stuck with a brand new broken bed.

Poor design. Broke within one week

The bed is very pretty but has a poor design. Within one week the center beam was broken in half and the center legs had fallen off. Our daughter weighs 75 pounds and was not jumping on the bed. I called Lulu & Georgia and was told I had missed the window for a refund or help. Our daughter loved the bed so we paid to to have a center beam rebuilt and added an additional 3rd center leg and it cracked again several days later. We are now left with a broken bed and will need to replace or buy a metal frame to fit underneath to repair. We were hoping our brand new bed would last longer than a week or we would get some sort of support or replacement from the company
