super easy to assemble, heavy duty construction, we bought a set of two side tables and this coffee table (all Modesto design), the only minor complaint is the wood tones are similar, but not identical between the pieces.

Very sturdy and well built. The wood is solid and not cheap particle board. The metal seems to be powered coated which resists any chipping. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of this table.

Perfect size for my sectional. It was very easy to assemble and the wood was extremely sturdy.

Great coffee table for a small space

Love this little coffee table. I have looked for several months for one that would fit near my sectional. It fits perfectly and looks great. The table which is nicely made is very heavy. It was easy to put together with a few screws.

Missing screw slot.

The table was missing a hole for screws. Easy to assemble but does not help if there are no holes for the screws.

Don’t buy if you have asthma!

Although this table looked exactly like I wanted, we had to return due to a very bad odor. It smelled like the wood came from a moldy warehouse and then was saturated in a toxic smelling finish. We refinish furniture all the time, and this was NOT a normal smell. Caused severe asthma in myself and child! Fortunately Overstock allowed us to return.

The quality of the materials was good but one of the boards was not level. Since it's a coffee table this unevenness could cause a glass to turn over if you weren't careful. Maybe this was just a one off. I returned it.

Solid Little Gem

This little table is mighty high end, sturdy, and unique. I needed a small table for the leather sectional I just purchased. Our original table was 40 x 40 and too large. This little 27 inch square gem is perfect! It is solid and only requires 12 screws that come with the table along with the mini hex angle screwdriver. They only left out one washer. The table is real wood and not perfect and that is ok. The bottom shelf looks split but that is the nature of the beast. For the price its a win!

Product arrived damaged and overstock customer support has been extremely unhelpful in remedying the situation.
