I received item in extreme damage and wet carton. Wayfair refused to discount and refused pick up damage good. It was heavy and I had to carry back to FedEx. Item must be assembled and they slap all these stickers all over that are impossible to remove. You'll do better buying at Office Depot fully assembled.

Great so far. I think its a little premature to evaluate an item like this so soon after it is delivered. Looks good, comfortable and features work...so far...only have had it a couple of weeks.

Chair is nice but the up and down does not work. Thinking of returning it since it is nice having that feature.

Awesome chair, especially for the price. It is hard to find an office chair with three adjustment options at this price point. One issue, though, is that the back sometimes slides down on its own.

Very comfortable holds up after months of working at the multi height drafting desk no matter the height.My cat especially loves the cushion for her naps!

Good chair, comfortable overall and gets the job done

I have had this chair for about a year now - the adjustments function great and it was a good buy when it was on sale. However, I do think there are better options out there. The seat became very flat after less than a year - I am a petite woman and I weigh less than 110 pounds but the cushion still became pretty flat so it’s not the most comfortable to sit on. If you work from home a lot like I do then this chair might not be the best option - I would invest in a better and longer lasting chair.
