BEWARE OF WALMART HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Package got lost in the mail, walmart associate offered refund and told me if the item does come, keep or discard it. 11 DAYS LATER email comes saying they see I received it and will charge me if i do not return. Supervisor refuses to honor associates promise and is forcing me to return the item or keep for full charge. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

The product was packaged damaged. It did not appear the damage came during shipping. The screws for step 1 were not long enough to secure the pieces together. Made me question if this had been put together during design (?) I had to get longer screws, an extended drill bit and a drill to secure it. Good luck if you can do it with a screwdriver. The directions were a bit confusing because there are only general pictures of each step, no written word. I had to go back and correct things during assembly I didn’t notice was incorrect from the pictures. It is very secure in the end (with the step 1 additions I had to make). Plan on spending a few hours putting just the twin size together. I do not recommend this for the price, quality and time.

Zero stars. Overstock has the worst return policy. Do not buy from overstock. Their furniture is very low quality. This bed might look good in the photo but it is not worth the effort of even putting together which takes a lot of effort. I will never order from Overstock again.

This is a very beautiful desk and is exactly as described. A year after buying it though it turned yellowish where it was white. I will not be able to take it with us to the next place bec it’s not a clean bright white anymore.

two year update: Very happy with this purchase! really sturdy!! . . The product came incomplete with missing all bolts and assembly instructions. We don't know if something else is missing since we don't have the instructions. The bed material and color itself looks really nice. We are waiting to hear back from customer service. We think this can be a very nice if only we can assemble it.

Great Quality!

This bed is very sturdy and much better quality than I was expecting for the price and online purchase! It did take quite a bit of time to put together but the more bolts, the more security! The only issue I had in assembling is the legs, one of which did not quite screw together appropriately. One note - this bed does come with three legs to place in the middle of the bed as support. I wish I would have known this as I purposely bought it to serve as a daybed and to pull a trundle bed underneath. There is also more room than expected between my mattress and the bed on the top and bottom so I can see the screws but that may be the mattress I have.

Nice and sturdy. Took awhile to put together with one person. Difficult to align the sides but it was a nice tight fit once they were aligned. Package is very long and heavy, need two people to carry.

It is a beautiful bed. 4 vs 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1) Steps 3 - 7 were missing from the instructions so it took longer than the estimated 40 minutes to put together and 2) one of the wood inserts was broken upon arrival. No big issue, little wood glue, and I was back in business. The missing instructions were a bit of a let-down. Luckily I had just put together a similar bed a week prior so I had a good handle on how it worked. . Really is pretty and it goes perfectly in my daughter's room!

Looks beautiful, but arrives with parts missing

There are only 2 reviews thus far...and I can see we both received the bed with parts missing. It took 3 weeks to initially arrive, and 2 more weeks to receive the missing bed legs (and that was FAST bc I nagged the heck out of the furniture company MODWAY in NJ who were extremely rude to deal with over the phone and whom insisted it would take a month to get the rest of the parts... NOT acceptable when our King mattress is leaning against the wall with a half-made bedframe on the floor.) Home Depot was exceptionally kind and helpful and generous throughout the process. Took 5 weeks total. We love the bed so much! So it was worth the hassle since the price is extremely affordable for a VERY solid, attractive, modern yet classic piece of furniture. Get it if you have patience to spare!

The bed arrived in good condition, and the instructions to put it together are fairly straightforward. It took 2 hours total, not 40 min as suggested in the instructions. There are a lot more screws and pieces than I was expecting. It feels sturdy and hasn't yet begun to creak.
