I am extremely disappointed with my recent sofa purchase/delivery. I only received one section of the sofa. And they are unable to ship out the missing pieces.

Absolutely love it! It’s huge (in a good way), fluffy, and easy to move around. The delivery guys were also extremely timely, professional, and friendly! Definitely worth the purchase!

Love this couch so much!! It is amazingly comfortable and the color is absolutely gorgeous. It is quite large so make sure to check the dimensions before purchasing. My only criticism is that the back cushions will not stay up. They are detached, and the back of the couch is not high enough to support them. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this item.. I will just be spending a lot of time readjusting cushions!

The cognac velvet is a beautiful color and texture. The couch is soft yet supportive and extremely comfortable. The pieces are lightweight enough to rearrange easily yet the construction feels solid. I was concerned about the comfort of the square arms and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they are padded. All cushion and pillow covers zip off for ease of cleaning, and the seat cushions are held in place by velcro. This product exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased.

I was very skeptical about ordering this sofa, but I’m glad I decided to.

Large and comfortable

This couch is a beast, but in a good way. It is deep and comfortable. I really like the velvet. The only complaint we have is that the actual frame is not very high, so you can't rest your head back. Also it feels like it is tipping forward slightly, not sure if this was user error when assembling the small feet or if the cushions are just so plump that we need to break them in more.

4 Months in......

The couch itself it beautiful. The fabic is soft, and easily cleans with some water. It's pretty comfortable. The issue I have is the durability. There is foam all the around the couch, and especially on the front which encompasses the frame. On the left side it's already started to crinkle and makes squeaking noises when you sit down compared to the other side. I don't know if a spring came lose or what. Not really happy with it. Not sure if I can return it or not.

So comfortable, and the color is perfect!!
