NO COMMUNICATION

Message sent to seller:I was asked from the shipping company when they called to confirm my delivery if I wanted to upgrade the services or if I wanted the pallet and I said YES, o wanted the pallet.. I told them I did not want the upgrade because I would be taking the chairs to my new house when I close and wanted them in the garage on a pallet to protect from any water damage due to being in Hurricane season. She assured me that they would deliver with the pallet. Today the chairs were delivered without the pallet, the delivery guy saw the note stating I wanted the pallet. He did not have a pallet in the truck to offer me so he called the warehouse. We both spoke to Kareen at the warehouse and she is stating that the boxes of chairs were delivered to THEM WITHOUT THE PALLET so they could not help me further. Who is going to deliver me the pallet ASAP to protect the boxes and chairs of any potential hurricane water damage???????,Emailed 3 times and still no answer from the vendor Kart It or Walmart. Less

ZERO STARS. Very disappointed. I left three messages, filled out your stupid contact sheet. Still no call. The chairs I’m looking for I can’t tell if your website is up to date, because it says it ships between December 29 and January 19. I’m writing this June 2, 2023. I really expected better.

Very firm (which is exactly what we wanted) and attractive from all 4 sides. This might not be the top choice for lounging and watching a movie, but I think it’s very comfortable for curling up with a book.

I TOTALLY recommend this chair. I’ve had it 2 years now. I sit in it most nearly everyday - and it still looks brand new! Most importantly - it’s comfortable! Go for it! This is not about customer service. It’s about the comfort and beauty of the chair.

Love these chairs, very comfortable, swivel design perfect for conversation settings. Color is more of a gold umber, perfect! The ribbed design on the outside is classy and modern.

Sturdy, yet comfortable

I initially purchased the sofa, and then decided to purchase the matching armchair. The armchair sturdy, yet comfortable. The color is at it appears online and the quality is good. I accidentally spilled wax on the back of the chair and I was able to clean it with soap and water, and there was no discoloration.

I bought these chairs for my living. Online, my wife was afraid of the color. She thought they would be too yellow. When the got here, we INSTANTLY fell in love. The color is a caramel brown. And we love spending evenings talking (AND TURNING) in them. The kids do too. One criticism is the fabric wrinkles. These are not every day furniture.

So I received my chair today and it is everything I'd hoped for. There is no assembly required, just simply unpack it. I'm pairing this with the matching green sofa and chair. The color is really pretty. The chair is comfortable and cute. I recommend buying this chair.

Elegant looking chair

I bought this set for a model home staging. I usually pick cheaper items for staging purposes but this one was a very special project. Needless to say it's well worth the money. it looks elegant, the color is just as pictures, and fabric is nice and soft. I'm overall happy with my purchase
