Thank God I cancelled my order with 7th Ave and ordered this sofa with matching ottoman! The pure white is the actual shade I looking for in my quest for a white sofa. The material is amazing and the fact the cushions are overstuffed is a major plus. Finally, I can say I found the perfect white sofa and the best part about it, I didn’t have to break the bank!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE

My problem with the seller and shipping/ delivery service they use: Lesson learned, never buying furniture online from Walmart ever again. This entire experience was a nightmare. I purchased this sectional couch from the 3rd party seller Kart it. Red flag %231, it wasn’t coming from actual Walmart. It was said to be delivered on September 17th, it was sitting in a New Jersey warehouse for 10 days not moving at all. The shipping service this seller uses is called AM Home Delivery and they are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Worst customer service I have ever received. They only deliver to your area once a week, they choose that day and time slot that’s convenient for them. Too bad if you aren’t going to be home the day or time they choose for you. They will not let you know what day or time until the day or 2 before. Then once you confirm delivery, they will charge you an ADDITIONAL $275 to deliver your item. I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor and they said they would deliver my couch to my building but I had to pay another $275 for the “white glove delivery service without assembly” for them to bring it up to my apartment AND had to go outside to count how many steps were on the stairs to get to my apartment because they charge by number of steps. I wish I was joking. This is very deceiving and shady on this company’s part because the delivery guys made it seem like they would have brought it up regardless if I paid this amount. It would have been another $250 if I wanted it assembled. Such a joke, it came assembled already, I just had to push the pieces together. Greedy and shady company taking advantage of people. This seller should really rethink their delivery provider because this makes them look terrible.

Not very comfortable

Everything about this couch is well made as far as quality of materials. However the seat slants in such a way that the couch is not comfortable. I feel like I’m falling out of the couch.

I moved to a new city and my old sectional didn't fit in my row home because of the stairs! SO...I got the pleasure of buying a new sofa. And let me tell you, this modular sofa did NOT disappoint! I absolutely love everything about it! As does my dog as you can see lol. I got the delivery to room of choice option and it was perfect. The pieces were boxed and very easy to assemble on my own! HIGHLY recommend this if you're looking for a comfortable and gorgeous modular sofa!!!

Love this couch so much! It’s the perfect size and is super comfortable. The couch took 3 months to get delivered which is a negative but in the end I would recommend.

The pillows were not that great… I see them going flat already….less than a couple of months…

It was precisely what I was looking for. The online description met and even exceeded my expectations. If I had it made by a custom furniture shop it would have cost a bloody fortune, This, as production line furniture made off shore, delivered value for the money.

Cheaply made

It shouldn't cost more than $100. Very cheap material. Edge was damaged.

Very comfy couch and great statement piece. Shipping was also relatively quick. It does get dirty really quickly so needs more up keep than normal but great overall.

This couch is awful. It pills, It’s lumpy, it doesn’t keep its shape. The cushion covers zipper broke within a few months of owning it. Awful.

Was a perfect buy and size

While more expensive than I wanted to pay, the couch is great and guests seem to love it more than I do. Yes, it does break in but even below the pillow tops is a soft area with plenty of give. I fluff them occasionally but it isn't any less comfortable if I don't. Only issue is it took a month for it to arrive.

If you're thinking about it, do it!

I'm so impressed with this sofa. Great price, great quality and it came with no marks or stains on it. I love it so much! The material is very easy to clean so if you spill anything on it just spray it with stain remover right away and its good as new. I'm curious to see how it holds up over time but so far so good after a few months!

I wanted to love it

I wanted to love it but the "overstuffed" part, which is supposed to be the selling point for this couch, is actually toooo overstuffed and makes for a less than pleasant sitting experience. Unlike most cloud couches, you don't really sink into the cushions, you're just kind of sitting on top of it. The linen material also causes significant sliding when laying, which again, is not ideal.

The couch itself is very decently sized. It did have a TON of static as soon as I unboxed it, to the point where I was shocking my dog when I was putting it together and touched him. Nonetheless, it goes away after a few hours.

Love the  sectional sofa beautiful color perfect as described , materials great and very comfortable. 

one of the mitered corners is damaged. although the other corners were OK, they were sharp to the touch and would probably snag clothing since I want to use these benches dining.
