I purchased the dark gray sofa!!! So far so good, but it’s only been one day. Super comfortable, Will become less noisy with use. I do have to say it’s bigger than the measurements listed but I was able to squeeze it in the space I wanted it to be in. I would say add another 7 inches onto the length!! Will update after more usage. )

Delivery was slower than I hoped (2 weeks). The couch is plush, which was what I was looking for. However, the back had no support. The cushions did not stay up very well due to the back support being so low (same height as arm rests). Nice color, but fabric a little rough. Cushions need to be fluffed constantly in order to restore their shape. Comfy to lay on.

The coach looked like I’ve had it for years after only having it for a few months. The fabril pills and requires constant fluffing. Do not recommend

Great purchase!

I purchased this sofa for a rental property, but I also purchased one for my personal home. It’s not a bright blue like the photo but I like it darker anyhow. This sofa is comfortable and very modern looking.

We have had this sofa a little over a year and it has NOT held up well at all. The modular pieces constantly break apart and it is really difficult and annoying to put them back together. The cushions are so sad and deflated, not soft at all anymore. It was a low couch to begin with but now is even lower. Unfortunately not worth the money for a couch that doesn’t function or last.

The style of the couch is great, but the reviews are correct that the fabric is very rough and the cushion stuffing is VERY lumpy. You can see the lines of the lumpy stuffing through the material. It is definitely not a comfy feel sitting on it.

The color is great. It's hard to tell for sure when looking at the pictures online so was taking a bit of a chance on a turquoise couch and it turned out to be perfect. Delivery was fast - Crate and Barrel has an 8 month wait on orders. Delivery was great. A lot of boxes and packing materials but product itself was in great shape. Easy assembly. I'm happy with purchase.

Well packaged, easy to assemble, the grey color is nice but a tad rough on the skin. I’m hope it holds up to the sun beam that travels across it daily but for the price (1,600ish), I’m pleased. Also since it’s a modular sofa it fit up the stairs and through my condo door. It’s the large look that I wanted vs having to settle for a smaller sofa that could fit up the stairs and through 35 34” wide door.

What’s with the smell?

I love the look of this couch. The couch is extremely comfortable. It has amazing depth of it and the oversized look is perfect for my room. There is just one thing that is making me not give it five stars...there is a strong odor to this couch that I can’t get rid of!!! It’s hard to explain but I can smell it as soon as I walk into our living room.

This rating is more to do with the customer service at overstock.com and not the furniture. As I have not received the couch yet, have been waiting since April 30th as promised. I realize we are in midst of covid crisis but waiting for customer service almost two weeks to answer is inexcusable I keep getting texts we’ll contact you in four hours then end of the day a text sorry we are closed we’ll get back to you tomorrow today I receive a text but the person in the other end was only interested to make me a club member I need the couch please or at least an answer if I am receiving it and what date if you can’t deliver you should not take on orders at all during this period in the meantime I am paying Klarna and have not received the furniture Customer service manager I work from home too but don’t treat customers this way please help thank you

Don’t buy - very uncomfortable

NOT comfortable. Not at all. I’m returning this sofa - the cushions fall off because the back is higher than the front. Don’t waste your money on this.
