Damaged
loved the chairs. Mine just arrived damaged.
STOP DO NOT BUY!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS NIGHTMARE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!! I was very disappointed that the back of the chairs were so flimsy and the technician that came to put the chairs together failed to put in two screws, and a stud was missing and he threw both in the trash and did not mentioning anything. The technician used a power tool and I told him the instruction said not to and he said it was OK “it makes it go faster” (see photo) DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS. I called Wayfair who originally said they’d send someone to correct yet it never happened. I called back to check the status and I was told that

The chairs are much small than they look. Not study at after putting together 4 of them. Each one has a defective screw hold. NO NOT GOOD QUALITY-BUT VERY NICE VELVET.
