Beautiful and comfy.

Bought these in white with the nailhead trim. They look great as end chairs with white parsons chairs on the sides. Holding up well after a year or so of daily use. Look beautiful and modern and are a subtle update in my traditional house.

Arrived Damaged

TERRIBLE EXPEREIENCE and overall dissatisfied consumer! What attracted me to the chairs were the size and weight capacity. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into sorrow. The chairs I received, differed from the online picture, e.g., the nailheads. This was very important to me because of the aesthetics of the room placement. The front legs are shipped under the cushion. For the set I received, there was no velcro, so once we got the legs, my contractor had to use craft glue to reseal the chairs. I had to contact OVERSTOCK customer care three times and they were still unwilling to clearly hear my issues, some of which is timing, with no direct line of fault. I hired my contractor to put the chairs together for me. OVERSTOCK did offer to send a replacement, however, I would have had to pay my contractor for the original day we scheduled (only right), then pay again when the new chairs were delivered, hoping this time there would be no damage. The risk was fix what you have and pay once, or return them. When I added up the cost metrics, I decided to keep the chairs because my contractor was able to modify the damage and it avoided a duplication of the contractor's fee. Have to cut my losses here and move on... I rarely post reviews but, in this instance, it was important for me to shae that my expecations were low, the customer service support I received was low, and the overall quality of the chairs were/are low. Nonetheless, I am counting it all joy because if I focus on the negative, I'll stay in that bubble. I can do anything ONE TIME. NEVER AGAIN to furniture online (just didn't work out well for me).

I LOVE them!!!

I purchase a set of two and I LOVE them!!! The instructions call for two people to assemble, but I did them both alone. It took me a 40 minutes. This included reading the instructions, confirming all parts, then putting them together. The second one took less time. So very easy to assemble. While made. Sturdy and strong. Elegant looking. Very nice material. Real good feel. The same chairs are selling for 3 times as much on another site. I am truly a full satisfied customer for sure!!!
