Love, love, love this chair! Even though it isn't real leather it looks like it is. It is very comfy. Reclines nicely and the height is adjustable.

I got it when it was on sale for $50 and for that price it’s great it gets a little uncomfortable after prolongs sits so I had to buy a cushion for it.

Good Desk chair with very good back support. Easy to assemble and looks like an expensive high end chair. Great value for the cost.

Wonderful chair

Very misleading MSRP, may be a good chair still.

I had not purchased this but my issue is with the MSRP it’s very misleading. This is not a $550 chair, I have seen it on multiple other storefronts for not more than $200 at the absolute most and most around $100. I think this is very misleading saying it is $550 MSRP which is equivalent to extremely good name brand office and gaming chairs when it is really only a run of the mill generic office chair worth $100 or so and you are really only getting $25 to $50 off what it’s really worth not $425 off.

I did not order the Servive Plan with this chair

I bought the chair without any service plan. When the chair arrived, my purchase was charge with the Service Protection Plan which I did not want.

Love how heavy duty these chairs are. Easy assembly and sits comfortably.

Great minus the squeak.

I've owned two of these, the first one was around 2021, and the second was this last year (2023) I love how it feels, it is wide and very comfortable. The white version is a magnet for stains. The real problem is that it squeaks very loud in just a couple of months of use, you have to tighten the back/seat at least twice a week to combat it, if you don't mind that this is a very comfortable chair.

Just okay. It went together easy enough, seems sturdy, rolls okay on a floor mat, and I like the smooth tan seat compared to all the sterile-looking black office chairs and the ones with mesh-covered seats that trap dust and dirt.But at its tallest, it's still not quite high enough for a standard desk (I'm 5'1" so maybe not a surprise, but what's the point of an adjustable chair if it can't accommodate varied heights?). And if you wear skirts or shorts, beware the seat material will stick to your thighs.
