Legs were uneven on both chairs so they wobbled. No way to fix it and the customer service did not fix my issue.

The chairs where poor quality. The laminate separated on one chair in about 2 -3 weeks. We contacted the supplier and found that we were responsible for the cost of the return. The cost of packaging large chairs would have been too expensive to be practical PLUS the return was to go to CHINA. We disposed of the chairs and ordered chairs from another supplier. You can not contact wayfair customer service. I tried for hours. Would not recommend ordering from wayfair.

These are good-quality chairs, the raw wood-grain finish looks nice, and overall they are attractive and contemporary. They are rather large chairs (with an especially wide and deep seat), however, and they're really not ideal, in my opinion, for dining chairs even though they were advertised as dining table chairs. It appears that they're really meant to be a wooden version of a side/lounge chair, as the base/back of the seat sits rather low, causing you to sit back with knees slightly higher than the base of the spine - not ideal for sitting at a table.

Initially loved the design but the reality is the slope backwards is too steep to sit at a table and the felt pads make the legs splay when you sit down. The seat width is nice but the whole chair slides on our hardwood floor so much that you have to hold onto it to keep the chair from sliding away. the laminated plywood is really interesting to look at but just not a practical chair for a dining table. Maybe if we had carpet it would be more stable.

Love the design - quality isn't good. Front legs split apart under weight (I'm not heavy) after a few months and had to return - my replacement came with uneven legs, have to return again.

Classic design, great price, mild warnings...

10 months later: A defect has occurred...in a most unexpected way! A leg made a cracking sound, and it felt as if one of the legs was giving out. Upon closer inspection, one of the legs is falling apart: the furniture is based on innovation with bending plywood, but the plywood was delaminating, thus negating all benefits to building with this material. We don't use the chair very often, nor was it being abused in any way. I don't know if there's any warranty... Seems to be very good quality. My son seemed to have no issues putting it together. Seems sturdy. This is no ding on the product, but a warning: I think because of the back incline of the seat, my wife's feet dangle above the floor when she sits on it, and she does not like that. I was actually afraid that since I normally associate this design with a lounge chair rather than a dining chair, that the seat height would be too low relative to the collection of other dining chairs it will be next to. However, that was not the case. One final warning: it's a quite wide seat - great for wide seated people, but not so great if you have a narrow space or are trying to fit a lot of seats around the table. This is obviously not the official manufacturer of this design (I'm not even sure how they get around copyright laws), but in my research, it's the cheapest price of the knock-offs. So far, so good!

Chair leg broke in less than 2 months. Lightweight children were sitting on these chairs.

Terrible quality

The wood on the leg has broken leading to the legs separating when you sit on it. These chairs have been used by children for less than 1 month and should not have broken already.

Not bad given the price, finishes wet so so.

We just assembled them today. Assembly was relatively easy although some boxes arrived with screw thrown in the box or missing screws. The quality is not bad given the price however, the finishes are decent with the exception of the connection between the seat back and the base which is completely unfinished. We may have to finish and stain them ourselves to make them look nice. Overall not bad, and would have gotten a much higher rating had they been properly finished. The color is as describe and they look pretty sturdy.

So many compliments and very comfortable

These are gorgeous but they scratch easily and one chair broke after a week. 3 of the 4 purchased held up for years

Although this chair looks avant garde, it is ergonomically comfortable for both the back and glutes. They fit in well with our curved/minimalist design. They were very easy to assemble, just make sure you attach the longer legs to the front of the chair.

I wanted these chairs and I can't believe I got them for this price, they are twice as much on other sites. A few bad reviews say the backs loosen or come off, but I'm assembling them with a strong polyurathane adhesive where the screws/pads join the backs to the frames so that should take care of that. great value for the price.

The wide seat is perfect for my dining area. I most often sit cross legged with my feet off the floor. There are a few details in the design that appear slightly disproportionate compared to similar (more expensive) chairs - however, these work perfectly for our needs and I appreciate the lower price point.

For the price I paid I am happy with them. Some obvious fit and finish problems with them which shows what corners they cut for instance the counterboring for the bolts is not consistent, some have been done and some the top layers of the plywood remain. The bolts that hold in the chair are shiny and take away from the clean look. On the actual herman millers they are black and look better. Could easily paint or swap. The lines aren't as clean as the originals as well i.e. the back strip tapers in the originals and is squared off here. These are a little scary to scoot around on the floor as it feels like the front legs will catch and tear off. They look great though.

Packaging: Great - every piece individually double wrapped! Assembly: Instructions are not exactly clear but easy to figure out Quality Control: Small chip in chair (not really noticeable) but both of the 45mm screws were missing. Took a quick trip to Home Depot to get screws. Form: This chair looks GREAT! Function: Comfortable

Curvy chair that get lots of compliments

Very comfortable chair that is also stylish. It took over an hour to figure out how to put it together. There is not much to do but the pieces are so curved and it's not obvious how they fit -- the printed instructions are not very helpful, we abandoned those and just used the trial and error method.
