we have never received this product. There is no clear communication
The chairs are great. The table was missed drilled on one leg which required major repair. . One of the top pieces of the table was not connected and no screw to fix it. I would say the table is cheap. You can't put anything hot on it because it would melt.
The table/chairs set was beautiful when it arrived, and it is quite sturdy. The powder coating on the metal frames has held up really well. HOWEVER, the plastic they used for the wood-look planks is absolute garbage. It is totally porous, stains super easily, and has faded and yellowed. It never looks clean no matter how much you wash or wipe it down. I'm really bummed because we paid a lot for this set, and it looks like trash. Huge buyer's remorse here.
Too many defects
Three of four chairs had defects. Had to return them, although I was sad...very nice looking.

This patio set is just what I wanted for my patio, it's pretty, but sturdy and looks like it will last a long time.

Sturdy weather worthy furniture
This furniture will get the true test through the years because Buffalo, NY has such hard weather conditions! Even in the summer, we are pounded with high winds and harsh weather. I bought this instead of Trex because it is not as heavy. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged. Can't wait to see how it looks in 3 years.

I received the set very quickly and I'm happy with the quality, color and great packaging. No damage to anything. I always have reservations about buying something sight unseen, but the furniture was exactly what I couldn't find elsewhere.
Cool modern look for half the price
Did lots of research and this set delivers the same look and feel as sets twice the price. Gray/white combo looks beachy and modern. Square table is perfectly proportioned for our small patio, and can comfortably seat 4 for dinner. Surfaces are all smooth and evenly finished. Came packed in 4 boxes, with everything nicely wrapped and padded. Couldn't believe we could get something this nice for the money. Highly recommend.
