Shower head replacement.
Super easy to install and works great. Beautiful to look at as well.
Love this showerhead! Multiple selections easy to hold and looks great. My 3rd Moen Banbury product
Quality from Moen
Quality that you would expect from Moen!
No tape, works better.
I wrote one review talking about the head leaking. Moen's response said not to use thread sealant tape. I received my warranty replacement head, and sure enough, buried in the paperwork is a note about not using tape on the threads. I wish that were more prominently displayed on the packaging as many people, me included, would likely just automatically use tape since that is the standard when installing these kinds of things. Anyway, with not using tape it hasn't leaked at all so good on Moen to mention that to me during the troubleshooting of the leak. So, mostly this is a customer service review, and a packaging review. Great customer service from Moen. Packaging needs a bit of work.
Matches most oil run bronze
Just remove water saver and it will work well
Disappointing after 3.5 months.
Overall we like this showerhead. However, there are a couple of things that prevent it from getting a better rating. One is the flow is pretty low relative to other showerheads we've used. And the bigger problem is after about 2 months of use, the nut that connects to the pipe that comes out of the wall is leaking. It doesn't matter if I try more teflon tape or tighten the nut more. It just keeps leaking. The first couple of months, nothing, then all of a sudden water just sprays out and no way to stop it. See pic. I've made a warranty request so we'll see where that goes but for now I can't recommend this showerhead. We are long time Moen users and this is the first time anything of this nature has ever happened with any Moen product we've owned.
Works okay. Definitely a low flow unit.
Cheap garbage. Don't buy it
Leaked because the fitting is plastic! Straight into the trash cause I can't return now that I opened it. Only reason I bought it was it was on boxing week sale and it was Moen which used to be a trust name, my mistake.
Works ok, pressure is ok. But the hose!
I bought this a few months ago to replace my single shower head to this one with a hose. Works ok, but the metal hose scratched my white tiles in the shower really bad. I was able to remove most of the black marring it left but only about 50% of it. And It doesnt even get used everyday in this bathroom so that is a bit disappointing. It'll be fine if you want a reasonably affordable product. Just make sure that you watch your tiles are not getting permanently marked with black marks.
new shower head has lousy water pressure
I previously owned this type of shower head and it was great. This new one sucks, the water pressure is lousy and this one was made cheaper. i would not recommend this one for sure.
Absolute trash
We've bought this a second time, hoping it wouldn't fail. Actual shower head perfectly fine, the plastic part that mounts to the metal shower pipe fails every time.
Great shower head for areas with low pressure. Love it.
Not 2.5 gpm. Misleading description.
Perfect for our needs
It is not a top of the line product, but it is what we needed. Works well and easy to install.

Excellent choice
I love the water pressure. It is very sturdy and the hose length is adequate. It has multiple water pressure function.

Remember when Moen was metal and a quality you could depend on? I used to work maintenance in a large motel and it was all we used. Stuff was great , looked decent , tough as nails , metal everywhere you looked. This wasn't that. Water pressure terrible. Handpiece cheap plastic feel. Hose as still as a back alley corpse. It's not that it doesn't work. Water go's through , the head settings cycle fine , nothing leaks , install is quick and easy if you have any know how and just about as quick even if you don't. The color is fine enough. Hose is of a good length. It's just this is what I expected for maybe 35$ not 70$. At least not from Moen.
Great shower head!
Great shower head. Very pleased with look and the shower sprays.
Not acceptable
This product is mostly plastic. I was replacing a metal oil rubbed bronze piece. I am having a difficult time finding a Moen replacement that is quality and matches the other Moen shower heads in that bathroom. I wish there was a suggestion list put out my the manufacturer that shows what the recommended replacement would be for a previously purchased piece. I have three shower heads in this shower and a shower head on the tub in that bathroom. It would be nice to replace a broken shower head with the same quality and style as what goes with the rest of the shower heads.
