The product description said it had 4-hole installation, but it only had 2. My plumber said this did not make for as tight a connection to the sink. So, it leaks sometimes from the base.

What I needed for my elderly neighbor.

I put this faucet in my house, too.

A seasonal neighbor had a problem with her faucet and her water could not be turned on until it was replaced. She was arriving soon and wanted the repair done before she arrived. She said 'use your own judgement' as to what to choose, so I put the same Moen faucet I have in my house, because I like it so much. Thank heavens she is also very pleased with her new faucet.

Moen Parts / parts list / instructing not included

Parts were missing and customer service with Moen acknowledged it was/is their error. Also, the missing parts are not identified in the documentation. Moen rep also said their error. They email the missing info. I am waiting for the part to be shipped. Then the faucet will have to be uninstalled to include the missing part. Avoid Model CA87480. Logic would suggest they are all boxed this way.

Gave it just a good rating because I had this same model before and one of the bars on the bottom of faucet that allows you to mount faucet to sink rusted off and resulted in the whole faucet coming loose and mounting screws, spacers and nuts being pulled through the mounting holes in the sink

This is a Great faucet for price. I have switched to Moen over Delta about 2 years back. Delta has been having issues in the past 3 years. Since I maintain several Rental units, Moen is my new go to for plumbing.

Purchased to replace a chronic leaky faucet of a different major brand. We were on a budget but didn't want to go cheap. We chose this one because of the low price combined with the Moen brand name. It has better flow, was quick and simple to install and feels sturdy. Even though the sprayer is plastic, it also works well.
