Good, solid faucet

It's a good, solid faucet. My only complaint is that the sprayer is very stiff. I prefer them loose and easy to twist and turn.

Excellent kitchen sink faucet. Works flawless and looks really awesome.

Love the faucet. Replaced a dull nickel looking one that had seen its day. Has a shine and style that is classic, clean and simple. Very fair price for the quality.

The MOEN Banbury kitchen faucet seems very well made, not tinny. The best part is that it was not made in China, but Taiwan, where quality is much better. The handles work easily and shut off completely. I almost can’t believe how easily the spout moves from one side of the sink to the other. The sprayer has a positive on and off, and no dripping. Once I got the old faucet out, installing the new one was a piece of cake, fast and easy. The instructions (words and pictures) were easy to follow and complete. The faucet has a lifetime warranty. It’s only been in a week, but so far I love it. And I definitely recommend it.

Love the new faucet. Had to replace the aerator as it was not functioning correctly. When the plumber installed the faucet, he noticed that there was water in the sprayer hose and also the aerator not functioning. Contacted Moen and they sent out a new aerator. HD should check out returned products before placing back on shelf.

It was a relatively easier installation, it took me longer to remove the old unit due to the rust in the treads so ended up cutting it with a vibrating tool, after that had no issues

This sink faucet looks so nice and is easy to use. Faucet swivels out of the way when we need more space to work in the sink. We love it.

Good looking low cost faucet

Giving the faucet a 5 star but the experience 1 star. Easy install with good instructions. I brought the faucet home and opened the box to begin install. Found the spray house missing from the box. Not happy with this..... I returned the faucet to a different HD as it was closer to my have than where I purchased it. Still had to spend a total of 1 hr on the road for the return. When I picked up the new faucet the box had two plastic straps around the box. The first one I got did not have the straps. Must have been opened and the hose was removed for some reason.

Nice looking faucet. Installation is pretty straightforward. My only issue with it is that it did not include any water supply lines. This is not notated anywhere on the box. Had to return to the store to purchase new water supply lines.

Does not last long

I bought one of these in 2012 and at the end of 2019 it started leaking from the brass tubing underneath that links it all together. I called Moen and after giving me a hard time they sent out a replacement faucet. Now we are at the beginning of 2024 and this one is leaking the same way in a shorter period of time. Who wants to replace their faucet every 4 or 5 years. It's a nice faucet but it's not made to last at all. Poor quality

Cheap

Paid almost a hundred bucks, get it home and it's largely made of plastic. It's going back.

Broken after 16 months

Seals broke after 16 months and started leaking all over my cupboard and ruining the wood, will have to relpace them both now and fix the wet wood on the bottom. Would not recommend this product. For the price it is not worth it!

Bought July 30, started leaking badly in last week

Moen is supposed to be a good brand. This facet didn’t even last 5 months before it started leaking.

On my 3rd FAILED Sprayer..

While the Customer Service/Warranty is painless, it is not fun to keep fixing the Hand Sprayer. I have been through THREE hand sprayers now. They all eventually fail AND WONT SHUT OFF. In addition, the spout's finish corrodes. While Moen was so kind to send me a replacment spout, I CANT GET THE BAD ONE OFF to replace it! This is going in the trash and I'll be buying something from a different brand.

Broke after about 6 months

This faucet was bought from Home Depot and started leaking badly after about 4 months of use. It was in my rent house and tenant didn't notice it because it was leaking under my kitchen cabinet. The copper line that goes to hot water side has a Crack in it.

Good except sprayer

Beautiful faucet but sprayer is so lightweight and plasticy, it feels like a toy! Also very easy to spray yourself when picking it up as it has a low profile.

Not to difficult to install. Had to shim it with a quarter under the sink because it needed to be secured but the sink rim was in the way on one side. Looks sleek and elegant once in place.

This Moen brand kitchen faucet was bought as a replacement for one we had for 6 years and a different brand. This Moen faucet is wonderful ! The water flow rate is great and the spray is plenty powerful to rinse off dirty dishes with ease ! You may have to turn down the water pressure going to the faucet it sprays so well. Wish I had checked into a Moen sooner. I will never go with another brand as long as they keep making quality products at Moen.

The old hot water tap was leaking. I needed as high a faucet as I could find. This was what was available on short notice. It works great and looks good.
