I give this product two stars because I purchased five, and two of the five had missing parts, (from the manufacturer) and although it was easy to return, I still had to wait a week for replacement which put me behind on the project.

Nice product, but what if sink has no overflow?

Looks good, and seems like high quality product (just couple of weeks in use). Installation though caused an issue - drain pipe is designed to support overflow while my sink is designed without. I wish they mention that as part of product specifications or better yet, manufacture variation without overflow. Had to find and use 3rd party replacement. Extra cost, extra effort, and finding part that is 100% compatible is close to impossible.

Beautiful look but functions POORLY!!

Purchased the Moen Genta bathroom faucet and regretted it less than a month later. It worked for about three weeks with a nice ribbon like full stream ribbon of water then it regressed to a dribble. After looking at several you tube videos trying to solve the problem I called Moen customer service and they send me a cartridge replacement which didn’t solve the problem. I should have stuck to the brand I was used to but couldn’t resist the look.

We are doing a bath remodel with new longer vanity and new plumbing. Have not installed yet, but the faucet parts are heavy and have the Moen grantee. Color is listed at bronzed gold which is quite similar to the brushed gold I wanted. I am happy with the style

Moen Quality & Customer Service Sucks!!

We bought this less than 2 years ago at Home Depot & it was a great price for the 2 pack, but still the cost was over $400! Bought it based on our Contractors recommendation as a quality product with excellent customer service for any issues with their products. Unfortunately that turned out to be completely false! Less than 2 years nothing but problems and Moen just didn't care apparently? Faucet handles are bad, drain doesn't work good and the black is fading from it and the faucet itself would come apart when running the water. It was then we noticed the same issue with the Matte Black fading off all of the pieces in the bathroom, some $2,000 worth of Moen. We decided we would have to change to a color that didn't have this problem, but Moen won't stand behind their product as under warranty they only want to replace the bad parts, not the whole piece or a different color? What a waste of money & time. Moen will not do the right thing to make a customer a happy one after this kind of problem? Unbelievable! Home Depot, only does returns for it for 30 days and un opened so we get screwed!!

Bad design- splash water

The faucet looks great and the materials seem fine. However the way and length of the faucet spout is badly designed so that when the water hits the sink it bounces and splashes out of the sink. I wish I read the reviews before installing the faucet.

Beautiful looking faucets, but unfortunately the design of the water flow is just terrible. The strength of the water flow, as a result of the water saving design, is poor and causes water to splash everywhere no matter how high or low the faucets are turned on. My countertop is constantly pooled with water to the point that it started running off and damaging the paint on my new vanity. I called Moen customer service and they only offered to send me a new aerator (won’t fix the problem) or a coupon for a (small) discount on new faucets. Overall I’m very disappointed and wish I could return them for something else.

Dyslexic

Sofaucet looks great, water flow could be stronger. It took 45 minutes to install everything. That includes taking down the old faucet. I needed a second person to help get the faucet aligned. Now, for the only negative, and its a big one in my opinion. The left faucet lever, turns clockwise to close, and counter clockwise to open. This item came with two hot water cartridges. Why? HD doesnt support videos yet so I couldnt upload my evidence.

Poorly designed product

Moen designed the drain with a level flat edge instead of continuing the normal slope design of my sink. Because of this stupid modern looking design water does not go down the drain it sits in a puddle around the drain because of the non sloped edge and I have hard water buildup after only 2 months of use. Secondly this faucet splashes everywhere it makes a mess on counters. It sits far enough over the sink but when you put her hands under it it makes a mess due to the way the water comes out

After 2 weeks of installation the faucet spout top of my new fauscet, showed a spot !???

Before i purchased this item i read the reviews and there were a few negative ones. I still purchased the item thinking a lot of others have purchased it with no issues. I received it and installed it myself and have nothing but compliments! I like it great item and dresses up my master bathroom!

Disappointed in performance

The faucet looks great and quality appears too be good but the aerator is complete garbage. It splashes all over the place. The drain system leaked after a couple days. I’ve installed 3 faucets and drains at our house and haven’t had any issues with leaks until I replaced one of our old one with this Moen. The cheaper one I had out performed this one. I will be returning.

Water flow problem

The faucet is beautiful. It was professionally installed. The water flow has been a mess. We’ve replaced parts but it works for a day only to go back to splashing all over. So disappointing. I see others had the same issue and Moen states it was damaged during install but I can guarantee that is not the case. I believe this is a known issue with this product.

There's a tiny filter in the line going to the spot that clogs easily and, in most cases, requires the faucet to be removed in order to remove and clean. Recommend taking it out before installing the faucet. There's another screen in the end of the spout that will catch any debris.

Disfunctional, but looks amazing.

Once installed, the faucet does not clear the drain. When water is turned on the water hits the edge of the drain and splashes EVERYWHERE. I bought two and both do this! Note I have suspicion one of mine was previously returned for the same issue bc one of the drains was different color and shape. Regardless, we installed both and both still are disfunctional. This is a design flaw by Moen.

Drain failed after 1 year

The faucet looks great, easy install but handles flimsy. We had it for over a year and the waste seat around the drain plug failed because its not designed correctly. I looked around the house and they are designed with a slope and this one is leveled causing water to sit there all the time. With the waste seat being made out of cheap aluminum it started to stain / rust. I will be calling warranty for replacement.

Waste of time and money

Bought this about a month ago.Had it installed by a plumber. Water comes out and splashes in all different directions. Since i threw out the box i cannot return it. Installing a new one would be more than the cost of the faucet. I guess i have to get used to it. Very disappointing .

Very attractive faucet. I’m a big fan of Moen because their products last and they replace them without question when something goes wrong. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it shows water stains, which I believe some products do not these days.
