Horrible packaging
It was delivered smashed on most sides and dented and broken
go with another brand
came with no template for the wall. no sleeve to go through the wall. the instructions are not very clear. the wiring schematics are to small to read. and the whole unit looks out of date. not sure how long its going to last but this unit is unheard of. its not a qaulity mini split the company is no where to be found online and there is no customer support line. just spend the extra money on a qaulity brand that has customer service. i dont even see a warranty with this unit. luckly i bought the allstate insurance.
