Horrible rug and experience with Rugs Direct

This rug was nothing like it appeared or was described on the Rugs Direct website. It looked like a hand loomed rug with a pattern of large loops. It was a total nightmare trying to return this rug via Rugs Direct, which required dozens of emails, and they require returns to be shipped using tracking which was very expensive. DON’T BUY FROM RUGS DIRECT UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT RETURN ANYTHING.

The Moment Andes Hand woven area rug is very beautiful and arrived quickly without any damages. The shedding of the rug was minimal and stopped after about a month.

Neutral and Textured

I purchased this rug for my bedroom and I absolutely love it. It is neutral in color but also has enough texture to add to the space. Helps to set a calming tone for my bedroom.

Ordered this rug and a 6x9 and received a smaller size 2x3. Did not receive this rug or the one I ordered--not sure which was supposed to be which. I only received one 2x3. No status on the whereabouts of the actual rugs I ordered.

Comfortable but sheds

We love this rug. We bought two to go in our kitchen and enjoy it alot. It's soft. We were nervous at first because of how dirty we think it'll get. My only concern is that it sheds.

Beautiful, soft rug BUT...

This rug is BEAUTIFUL don't get me wrong. It's very soft and perfect for my decor and taste. However, it sheds like crazy. I very much understand the realities of wool rugs and shedding but I've owned this rug for well over a year now and it still fills my vacuum cleaner weekly. My biggest complaint is the pilling though. The entire rugs loose fibers have worked their way loose and pilled over the whole surface .It's very impractical for a space that you use regularly. May be ok for a bedroom or somewhere with light use. It's hard to clean too. Every little things works it's way right down in between all the little nubs. This rug looks very ratty and worn after 1 year. Wish I hadn't spent *** (We have the 9x12)

It look just like the picture. Adds warmth and texture. The only complaint is that it sheds a lot...the shedding is a lot less after 3 months but it still is shedding. i recommend the rug if you are ok dealing with the shedding.
