Beware - size is much smaller for the 9x12
Only 101 inches wide not 108 as described. This is a 9x12 and I received 8'5" rug.
It is a beautiful rug, colorful and good material. Bought it long time back and still has the same beauty even in a high traffic area.

Love it. However, the lattice border print is defective in multiple areas. Lattice pattern not visible in these areas. I can provide pictures overall I am happy with my choice
