This table is great for our needs. I think if someone was purchasing it for their main dining table, it would be a little lightweight. It also requires smaller chairs.

Looks nice, but ...

The look was what I wanted but the surface is rough, the edges and corners extremely sharp. I've never had a pedestal table, having always had standard corner post legs. The single pedestal doesn't provide enough leg room on the longer sides for chairs to slide fully underneath when not in use and your knees bang into it when seated. The pedestal, itself, is too lightweight and doesn't provide enough balance for the tabletop. If you put any amount of pressure on the edges, it starts to flip. There is also no way to adjust the legs so if your floor is even slightly uneven, it wobbles. Lovely to look at but very impractical. Quite disappointed.

Unsafe

If I could leave less than a star I would. This table is completely unsafe. There is nothing supporting the table from tipping over on the sides. If you simply sit an object or your hand on either side of the table, it will tip over. Even worse, the customer service for this seller is horrid. If you want to return the item the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and shipping costs are higher than the price of the table. DO NOT buy this product or you will be severely disappointed.

I absolutely love my table. It goes perfectly with my dining chairs. Easy assembly. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. The shipping was fast. I highly recommend this table.

Simply gorgeous! Love this table. So nervous would come damaged, but wasn't and can't be happier... Only wished it was a little larger. Other than that a lovely table. Fits nicely in my kitchen.

Very satisfied with TV stand

Except for having trouble putting in two of the little screws, assembly went relatvely well. The stand is solid and looks great. I would purchase other Monarch Specialties products.

Cheap table top

Already the table too has chip. Its like fake vinyl sheets glue onto a fake wood.. and the glue isn’t strong at the corners and already after maybe two months and being extremely careful its starting to chip off. Disappointed. The great thing about this table is how easy it is to put together. Easiest table ever. It looks stunning! The base is fine. Its the table top that is very delicate and don’t see it lasting long. What a waste of money in the end. To bad because is so good looking and looks great it my house. I spent a lot of time looking for an affordable table that looked good. I guess you get what you pay for.. or in this case less.

So happy with this

I ordered this table 2 days ago and received the table today. I honestly never write reviews but I am beyond happy with the service from Home Depot. It arrived SO quickly and in mint condition. It’s exactly what I had wanted/hoped for. Incredibly easy to assemble (10 minutes tops) and looks great. It fits 4 people comfortably and can fit 6.

Poor Quality

Looks nice but the quality is terrible. The predrilled holes where you are supposed to fasten the base to the table top do not line up. The table top is nice but the base is cheap and not sturdy.

Does the job

Table arrived damaged on the corner. Fortunately, I planned on placing against a wall. I was able to hide the damage but it may wear quicker because of this. It is being used as a display table in my office. Not sure if this would be a good functional piece. It seems more decorative and serves that purpose well.

Pretty table but doesn't come with chairs!!

At the time of purchase, product description claimed it came with the dining table and 4 chairs as a set. I only received the dining table and after multiple back and forth communications with Walmart and the seller, they refused to ship me the chairs. Dining table looks nice and didn't have any damage but I can't say for sure if it's worth the full price I paid for.

Nice table some damage

Overall I liked the table and it was easy to put together. The corners were damaged on the table top. Neither Walmart or the company that makes the table responded to my request for a new table top. It’s minimal damage just annoying no response.

Nice table exactly like the photo

I loved the table it came a little scuffed on the corners due to shipping handlers negligence. They threw the package on the ground when they delivered it without any care. But overall I love the table it looks exactly as shown in the picture.

Love this table!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received it since i bought this with no reviews and I'm glad I did! It's just the right size for our small dining area. I was going for an industrial/farmhouse theme and this was the perfect style. It has a few extra inches in width than the standard small dining table which is a plus. It was also very easy to assemble

Perfect little set for an apartment or small conference room like we used it for. Super easy to put together. Light weight but not too flimsy. Would work well for a student dorm as well.

Love this table and it fits perfect in our modern kitchen. The first one that was shipped to us was damaged, but they replaced it without any issues and I had the new one in just a few days. We are very rough on our tables which is why we went with this style over glass and we couldn't be happier, no scratches and it has been almost a year!

Modern Dining Table

The table is very attractive, once assembled, however attaching the base is a little tricky. We had to call into Customer Service to get an explanation on how to align the base screws with the corresponding holes. They were very helpful and helped us figure it out. The table has a very nice aesthetic, and the faux cement looks great! One down side is that the table measures 31 inches....a tad on the high side, which can be an issue when selecting chairs to comfortably seat adults, let alone children. With correct height chairs and clearer assembly instructions, this table would receive 5 Stars from me!

Do not recommend

Really unhappy with purchase. It was damaged when we got it, and the base was rusty. Plus the material of the table top was NOT what it seemed in pictures and was a really cheap foam like material. We ended up getting a full return. Do not reccomend.

Great value for the price.

While this table looks like cement, it certainly does not feel like cement. However, the base jazzes the table up nicely. This table quite obviously isn't an investment piece but rather a contemporary-looking table that is very reasonably priced.
