Monarch Desk - A Good Purchase 😊

The Monarch desk is of good quality. Easy to follow assembly instructions. The desk looks great in our office. I wish the L shelf had a back piece on it that closed it in. The way we situated the desk, it is not against a wall, so I purchased two baskets for the shelf to store things it. Takes away from the open back of the desk side piece.

Great desk but you can find it cheaper elsewhere!

I bought one of these in 2020 and it was a great desk. Had to sell it when moving provinces and wanted to buy it again. However, I found this exact same product for just under $100 cheaper at Staples' website. Go buy it there!

Working from Home made Easier!

This looks beautiful up in my loft. It is study and the natural reclaimed look is perfect. I work from home two days a week and do enjoy the fact that the desk is big enough that it accommodates both my monitors. I would recommend.

Good Desk, Difficult to Assemble

This is a good and sturdy desk. However, it took me two days to put this together. None of the hardware was labeled and some of the boards were not labeled. There were only pictures in the instruction manual. If you have never built a desk before, I do not recommend this product or definitely get someone to help you.

Lovely, Sturdy Long-Term Furniture

The desk is exactly as pictured online. It's sturdy and looks lovely in my home office. It took my husband about 4 hours to assemble. He found the instructions very clear and enjoyed working on it. This is a great buy! For a few hundred dollars more than an ****** ****** store or ****, you have a really nice piece of furniture.

Looks Like Advertised

The desk takes a while to put together. It doesn’t come with any extra parts, literally down to the last screw. The box weighed 139 lbs so keep that in mind that you’ll have to have help to bring it upstairs or you can tear up the box and carry it in pieces. I’m happy with the way it looks after it’s been put together. The price was decent and free shipping was a nice touch for Red Card holders.

Great Corner PC Desk

Looks great and sets up just fine with all my PC accessories. Relatively easy to assemble. One thing I'd change is to add a keyboard pull out shelf. The desktop is a little high and a little uncomfortable for using the keyboard for an extended period of time.

Functional and looks great.

My husband began using during the pandemic. The design is great (nestled into the corner) and takes up less space than a different model would. Great desk. Very functional and looks great.

Great Desk - Highly Recommended

The desk came faster than expected and everything was in great shape. I Iove the reclaimed-wood finish, extra room, and the ability to reconfigure the desk to fit my space. The desk feels sturdy and all the sides (even inside the drawers) are finished.

Exceeded Expectations

I purchased this desk for my daughter and am very pleased with for the price point. The desk arrived unassembled in a box that weighed about 150 lbs. Luckily I had read previous reviews so I knew what to expect. It took me about 4-5 hours to assemble which I had planned on from reading other reviews, as well. It took some time and patience but was not difficult to assemble. The desk is substantial in size and weight and for the price it fits our purpose perfectly. The desk far exceeded my expectations in appearance and quality.

Great Desk and Great Service!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. It fits perfectly in my space and it's absolutely beautiful. It took about 2.5 hours to set up but was it ever worth it! When I received the desk, there was damage to one of the pieces, so I went to the Monarch website, entered my address, chose the damaged part, sent a couple photos of it and received the new part within a week! Amazing service for a beautiful affordable desk!

I love the grey color. Perfect size for my new home office. Only issue was one panel was damaged in shipping. We built it with that part to the floor to hide it instead of fussing with a replacement. I definitely wouldn't stand on the desk and it's pretty obvious it's fake wood, but I love the design and it works great for me.

Wonderful Desk, Slow Delivery by Office Depot

This was a well structured and built desk. The building took around three to four hours but depends on how many people you had working with you and how many breaks you take. The outcome looked wonderful and everything held together. However, some of the screws looked the same so make sure you have the correct screw at the correct point We used gorilla glue in some areas where we made the mistake, so make sure you look at the picture. The outcome of the look was amazing and I am glad that I got this desk when I did.

Very poor quality, I dont understand why so many people give five star reviews, that is very misleading. The board is soft, low quality with a thin paper veneer on top. Will not last long. I want to return, but since my son already spend time to assemble it and I dont want to wait another month for a new desk, I decide to keep the low quality desk, even I am not happy. Not worth the money at all. Be aware, this is my very first time to give a nagative comment like this. It is sold out now, but not recommend to buy once it restored.

Great desk for the price

Love the desk! Very unique with lots of storage space. I deducted 1 star because I was a little disappointed by the fact that the main table that goes across doesn't seem as thick/sturdy as it seemed in the photo. It almost seems like it will dip in the center if you place any substantial weight there. However, for the price I am still very satisfied.

Great desk!

This desk is perfect for my personal work space. Love the shelves underneath, great use of discrete space! Also, love that it can be put together either way - so it can really work for any space. I've had it for 2 years and it's still in great condition!

Looks amazing, great size and perfect style

Took a bit to put together but came out perfect. Looks amazing and super convenient that it cam be changed to right or left facing depending on room and size of space. The color is perfect for us.

Missing Pieces

I ordered the Monarch L Shaped Computer Desk - Grey computer desk and am super disappointed. I got to the last step of making the bottom drawer and had a missing piece. I was sent 2 "F" pieces when I was missing an "H" piece. I am super unsatisfied with this product and would like the missing "H" piece sent to me. I can't even enjoy my new desk since it is not complete.
