Excellent Closet System

The Monica 96 in. W Rustic Gray Walk-in Wood Closet System is well made; it's a solid piece of furniture! I also agree that the customer service provided by Freddy and Jose was excellent. Both individuals were very cordial and responsive to my questions and request for new drawer slides after the originals were damaged upon installation. The products were shipped on the same day our discussion was completed. I can't thank them enough for their courtesy and professionalism.

The set is very pretty and well made. The customer service is fantastic as you speak with the actual vendor. They keep you updated as to shopping and send you a video showing how to put the system together. One piece came broken and they immediately shipped me another. I took a picture after opening the package the day it was delivered and absolutely no problems. Very pleased with the merchandise as well as the experience

Distributor Customer Service

There was a challenge regarding the pickup and some things didn’t make their way home and were ultimately sent back to the distributor. I spoke to Sean and he was just on point. Not only was he a pleasure to interact with but he was quick and to the point!

We purchased this for our daughter’s closet and ran into a small issue. We contacted the seller, got to talk to Sean who did not just help us but went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He was in touch with us daily until everything was resolved. Our daughter loves her new closet! Great quality, very sturdy and very specious. Highly recommend.

This was very easy to assemble and once it was I enjoyed how sturdy it was made. Very spacious as well. I know this will last me a long time

Very good closet system

I have been shopping for a closet system for a while now. This closet system is actually very well made compared to other ones I have seen. They are very sturdy and can be connected together. The assembly wasn't too bad for me. Would recommend.
