Very easy to assemble, the wood is great quality and it looks just as pictured. But I probably should have done more measurements - the desk top keeps bumping into my legs because of its thickness, so I can’t raise my chair up high enough or cross my legs without lowering my chair. Also the compartment for storing a laptop isn’t entirely flush with the desk top so it causes unevenness under my mouse pad (could be a manufacturer error but not sure).

Very sturdy desk. Easy to assemble. Storage for laptop is amply spaced. My laptop does run warmer though in the enclosed space. I leave hinged door open when not actively using desk. Top surface does have a substantial grain to it, hand writing on the surface would be very challenging for single sheets of paper. Thankful digital age mitigates handwriting! Happy with purchase.

Great desk! The top does not have a smooth top. It has ridges to look like wood grain.

Pleasantly surprised & very satisfied.

I searched for months for a good-looking desk with built-in outlets, power cord storage and that was large enough for 2 laptops & a monitor. I was very surprised to find this on Home Depot's site at a great price. Installed it today and my friend and I unpacked and set it up in less than 30 minutes with no special tools. This isn't a family heirloom piece but it looks great and is nicely finished and perfect for my home office space, which is in my Living Room, and I think it will do just fine for many years.

I highly recommend it. It's a great product if you are looking a for deep table. The lift storage compartment is not ideal, because you can't handle it fast/easily if you have things that can fall on top of it.

Love this desk, but it was shipped with the wrong hardware. Contacted Houzz and they contacted the manufacturer to send out the correct hardware. It is on its way finally. Houzz was very receptive to the problem, but it has just taken time to get the proper hardware from the desk manufacturer. Should arrive tomorrow.
