[Rewarded Review] Solid outdoor light

I placed lights outside of my house since the manufacturer claims they are waterproof. I used the included hardware to install them directly in the dirt, and so far (for 7 days), there has been no issue. You can use the Smart Life application instead of the Monster one if you have other devices using this system; it seems like the system is generic and works with many different manufacturers.

Effective bright lighting, though I'd appreciate it if the bulbs were spaced a bit farther apart. Unfortunately, individual bulb colors cannot be adjusted. The integration with the app is excellent, allowing convenient control over when to turn the lights on and off.

They are a lot smaller than I thought they would be (per the photos). However, they are pretty bright for their small size.

Seem great, not ideal for me

I like that it has a wide range of programmable colors and can integrate with a smartphone. I didn’t get that far as I realized that while the spotlights themselves are water resistant, the power adapter and extension connector are not. The cord from the adapter to the first spotlight isn’t long enough to go from an indoor wall outlet to the tree I wanted to light up, so I’d need to get a waterproof electrical box to connect the adaptor to an extension cord in the yard, being that I live in Michigan and wanted to use these for the winter. Also the distance between each spotlight was too short for what I had planned, so overall I don’t think I’ll be keeping them. These features might be perfectly fine for someone else’s design though, so I only took off one star as they otherwise seem to be quality spotlights.

The light are what I expected. You can control the color and brightness with the app. Also, a schedule can be programed to turn on and off lights. The manual states that 3 additional lights can be added to the string, but I can not find how to purchase the items. I wish the wires where a little longer between spotlights, because the plants I would like to highlight, are farther apart then the wires allow. That would be corrected with additional spotlights. The neighbor likes the affect it creates.
