Works well, I just wish the company didn’t go out of business!
Purchased as a gift; easy process and timely delivery. Recipients are satisfied.
Beautiful crib, great quality, easy to assemble.
We love this crib. Almost going on two years now and its still in great condition. Going to use on it our next baby as well.
Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Crib is heavy, solid and secure. Easy to assemble in 30 minutes. Our little girl will be safe and have room to grow. We also purchased the bed rails so we can convert it to a Full bed when she’s ready.
Very well made & sturdy crib. The color is more ivory than white but is perfect for our new granddaughter to sleep in at our house.
Very sturdy and beautiful crib!
Best wayfair find yet!
I was nervous to order online without seeing the crib in person and if any issues having to deal with a return if needed. Thankfully, the crib arrived faster than expected and there wasn’t any damage nor missing parts. My husband put together and it’s perfect. Previously we owned 2 cribs but were able to see & purchase in person; which is why my initial hesitation. So happy!
This is a beautiful well crafted crib that I purchased for my new grandson. The crib is solid and very heavy. In that regard I paid for delivery to the room of my choice which was well worth the cost. Highly recommend. This is the second crib I have purchased from Baby Cache. I am very impressed with the quality of both.
Nice and comfortable!!!!
I love it
Beautiful crib. Exactly what I pictured and wanted
I would give the product 5 stars but the customer service I received especially on the last phone call I would give 0 stars if I could. We knew that due to covid that the items would ultimately be late but what we didn't expect was to have them make it to the hometown, updated in the system then have to wait a whole month to get them. I called customer service 4-5 times and everyone was very helpful except for the last person (can't remember her name, but she was awful). She basically said that all the items were here and I said yes that is what your website says but when calling the trucking company (got the info from a previous customer service rep) that they didn't have all the pieces and parts. I asked if she could call them and figure out why it was missing, she said legally they can't call the trucking company, they only pay them. This seemed like a very odd statement to me. She then proceeded to tell me that she had been doing her job for 6 years and this rarely happens and "what do you want me to do" in a very nasty tone. I said I want you to do your job and help me figure out where my items are, why if they are here why they aren't at my house, if its broken, do we need to replace it, etc. She kept saying she can't call them which tells me customer service has went downhill fast. The call ended with me saying fine I'll do it myself. She was very unhelpful and nasty. Her tone was horrible, especially to someone that is almost 8 months pregnant wondering where her baby is going to sleep if she can't get her dream crib and dresser. I wish I could remember her name to post here so that you can refuse to talk to her. At first she wasn't even going to look at how many times I had called previous or the history notes from it and just say yeah I'll push through and see if they let me know they have it all and can ship it. Sounds like the lack of communication between trucking and Wayfair needs work, the trucking company kept complaining saying yes they call all the time and send items for one order from all over the US so we are always waiting on pieces and then the customer service lady was telling me no that's not right. Also, the updates on Wayfair didn't match the dates that the trucking company had received the items. It was 2-3 days off. There should be a follow up system in place that if it has made it to location but not made it to customer, after n days, they follow up with the trucking company. I have never had such an awful experience before. I really hope this helps someone out and helps the company out.
Easy assembly
Love the Montana crib set and the fact that my granddaughter can grow with it is even better. Fabulous price and very well-made.
Love this crib in the driftwood color! Neutral beige shade matches our decor and theme perfectly! Real wood frame is sturdy and will last the next 5 years of use.
Absolutely in love with this crib! This is my second one and I look forward to buying so much more from wayfair!
Amazing and great quality! The only issue was there are a ton of safety stickers on it that are a pain to get off. Also it came with the wrong assembly instructions and wrong hardware. Wayfair took care of it though.
Love it!
We loved this crib so much we got another one for our second child!
