Not Clean
We loved the design, however it must have been used and returned, and was not cleaned adequately. Also, it had many "strings" coming up and was not uniform looking. Not sure if it's a design/weaving flaw or poor materials or from the prior use. We returned it even though we love the overall design, and it's softness. We'll order another, because we're hoping it was just an odd issue... as well as another rug that we like, just in case.
