Overall, a decent product for a really reasonable price. We've had this set for about a month, and it appears to be holding up well, even under some pretty wet and rainy conditions. Be forewarned: putting together the set is time consuming; consider using your own tools instead of the provided allen key. Also, some of the pre-drilled pieces would not align properly, so I had to use my own drill to enlargen holes for screws as necessary.

Horrible. It’s a tiny table, put it together, we had a sprinkle, and the next morning the arm of the chair was rusting. I thought it was wood, has metal in it apparently. We returned the next day. For a small patio, might be ok, just wasn’t for us.

Very nice and comfortable table. Chairs are sturdy, comfortable, and plenty wide (I am 6'3" and 225lbs). Color and design are great. Significant assembly required but once you get the hang of the process, it wasn't too hard - some of the bolts & connections are a bit tricky though. In total, took me about 90 minutes start to finish. Cushions were eggshell colored (one had a small/minor stain/blemish) but overall decent quality and comfortable. Delivery was well communicated and on time. Packaging is very straightforward and easy to follow.

This outdoor dining set is the perfect size for my patio. It looks beautiful on the carpet I chose and it is very well made, as are all the other pieces I have purchased from Birch Lane. I love it!

Poor Quality - Beautiful Set

Beautiful design - the color and style went very well with the theme of my cottage home. The quality of this product is tremendously substandard however. Product specification stated Maximum weight capacity for chairs was 250lbs. After having this set for only 2 months my husband who weighs at best, 160 lbs. sat in a chair and one of the center seat slats broke. There is no metal or wood reinforcement under the seat. He decided to sit in another one and the same thing happened as well. The Lowes customer service department arranged for pick up, return and refund since my purchase was still under their 90 day window for returns. Definitely would not purchase again. On a side note - extremely tedious to assemble - the quality of the hardware is far superior to that of the table and chairs.

Styling is good and its attractive. Although the shipping box look undamaged the pieces did have several scratches and blemishes on them. Manufacturer should look at packaging procedures. It will need to be coated with some protectant to prevent both sun and rain from significantly weathering the finish.

This set came in great! Couldn't be happier. Great price, good style, and quality seems great. We have them in a covered screened space so I can't speak to how well they'd wear in weather.

While it is lovely the TeK wood did not last. Two legs on the table have warped and the color faded beyond recognition. I had to re-stain. I will never buy this brand again.

It's pretty nice, but it arrived with quite a few chips/dings in the wood. Mostly on the corners. It would be too much of hassle to send it back after unpacking everything so we kept it, but the quality was just so-so. Looks a little cheap, but then again, it kind of was! Nice if you don't plan on keeping it long term.

Love the look and size of this set for my back patio. It is a bit smaller so works great on the 10x10 we have. Looks like the picture. However, I don't like the way the wood feels. It is rougher to the touch than I expected but I suppose that could happen over time anyways.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We set this up on the screened porch of our pool house and are very happy with it. We wanted a small set but didn't want wicker, and this fits the bill. Very happy with the quality!
