Rusted and fell apart

This umbrella has been on our back deck for just over 2 years now. We live in the south and use it year round. The parts to the handle and crank rusted through and broke. I contacted the manufacturer and their warranty covers only one year. Obviously not up to standards for outdoor use.

Broke in less than 2 years

We’ve owned this for less than 2 years and the handle popped apart, and now the umbrella can’t open or close. Get what you pay for with $150.

I was looking for an inexpensive umbrella, what I got was cheap junk. In less than 36 hours the plastic sleeves had already started to show fatigue and were changing color from brown to white. Upon further examination, the rivets were starting to pull through the plastic as well. Do not waste your time or money. I returned promptly.

Worthless, waste of time and money, falls apart

Up for about 2 months, plastic brackets breaks (and it is NOT windy), just try returning it or getting your money back.

Used in our backyard, fairly easy to assemble and put up and down. We weighted it with about 150 lbs of sand and it seems sufficient. Colour is a bit more green than expected (we bought moon rock) but still works for our backyard.

No weights with this huge umbrella. Product description does not tell you that you need to buy weights, now how heavy they should be, how many you need, etc. Very unhappy.

I really like this cantilever umbrella because it cools down a very hot part of my patio and the umbrella part is large. It has a great look and it very easy to assemble. Note, it does not come with weights and it needs them. So you may want to add those to your order. I had square brick pavers that I spray painted and used as weights. I recommend this product.

Nice color. Good quality. A little difficult to raise and lower.

Umbrella looks good but the slightest breeze has it flopping around. We had to use bungee cords to stabilize it to keep it from hitting people.

This thing is great! You’ll need some weights for sure, as it will tip over when open without them. Love that you can open this thing at different different angles!

This umbrella has worked well for us. We ended up buying a base that you fill with sand from Ikea. The umbrella does hang loosely from the top so it will sway in the wind; however, I wouldn't recommend having it open if it is very windy anyway.

Terrible this piece separated! Can’t get it to stay in place!
