Terrific addition to deck seating

I bought this set for additional seating on our deck. It's perfect at our outdoor fireplace.

Nice Quality And As Pictured

The order came early and all the pieces, nuts and bolts were there! That pleased my husband. He assembled it in an hour. They are nice looking and comfortable. My 4point rating was because the metal for the chair legs were wrapped in a film that might have been applied when the paint was wet - it stuck to the metal and was a pain to get off. One of the chairs doesn't sit flat on the floor but we can manage to remedy that ourselves.

I would buy this product again

Jensen 3 pc lounge set

I am happy with my purchase. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the material on the cushions and pillow is not very soft fabric and the bottom cushion is a little stiff. But overall the set is nice looking.

Not happy, poor wuality

I have put together lots of other furniture and this is just poor quality. The screws and holes do not line up and we had a LOT of difficulty getting the two chairs together. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Looks nice, price right but....

This set has a woven wicker pattern including on the legs of the table. Unfortunately the wicker on one of the legs had come unwrapped and wasn’t fixable. Be sure to check all components before assembly. Unfortunately, Lowe’s only remedy is for YOU to order another set online and YOU to return the defective set to your local Lowe’s (I ordered online originally). I didn’t think this was great customer service although once at Lowe’s there was no problem returning.

Nice, but Not

I was worried about getting this item shipped to me, however the package was delivered unharmed. Quality control on the other hand was lacking as one of the chair legs was unravelling, which I could see as soon as I opened the box. I didn't bother unpacking anything. This was going to be a gift, but not worth the hassle, returning for something else I can see in person.

Cheaply built

The set was easy to put together. However, the table is below standards that I would expect for a QVC product. The legs are somewhat bent, so although the table stands upright ok, the look is off with the legs sort of out of place. The chairs are sturdy and not wobbly. For the price I would have expected better quality.

I believe the lesser known names with lower price are just as good. Chairs nightmare to assemble as the seat holes for the screws are out of wack or threading issues on screw. Alan wrench stink as not easy to hold or tighten.k

The set itself was nice but not the easiest to put together not to mention one of the holes was striped and the screw would not go in at all ..... contacted customer service and their solution was for me to take apart the whole set and box it up and they would send me a new set and I could use that packaging....... not only would I have to take apart a whole set but put together another set ( not something I wanted to do ) all I was asking for was the arm part ..... I was concerned if someone sat in the chair it fall apart not to mention the safety issue

Don't bother

Returned immediately. The screw stripped immediately when putting together.

Perfect Set

Arrived quickly, packaged well. Easy to assemble, even easier if you use a drill with an allen wrench drill bit. We were able to enjoy it within an hour of receiving it.

Overall poor quality

The overall quality is poor. The webbing around the legs was starting to slip off. The screws were cross threaded and would not go in. I was not impressed. Certainly not worth the price. I returned it, even though I had to pay for shipping.

Chair assembly was a challenge

Assembly should be easier than it was. Screws don’t line up, or go in straight no matter how many times you do it. It looks very nice and I got the screws in, but they are not straight. No one will ever know.
