Who knew we’d love it!

After many years buying another brand, P.P., we reluctantly bought this feeder. I thought I wouldn’t like the way it filled. Turns out it’s better than top filler feeders, the ants have never been a problem, and we love being able to see through the bottom to be sure it’s empty. Bought two and the hummingbirds love them. Wouldn’t mind if it held a bit more liquid, but overall it’s great.

The hummingbirds like it!

Hummingbirds started to visit it a day after putting up! Purchased this one to replace one that finally bit the dust after 10 or so years. Wanted to stick with a glass container over plastic. This feeder is the same shape and size as my previous one.

Well-designed, easy to maintain, long lasting.

RELIABLE CLASSIC! Perfect FIRST or CONTINUING Hummingbird Feeder! It has a glass bottle, good feeder ports, is the right capacity for not wasting sugar water, and even has an ant trap integral to the top (just fill with water after refilling sucrose water bottle.) It is so well thought-out and efficient that the hook provided is non-rusting stainless steel and the red color, reportedly, attracts hummingbirds. BTW Hummingbirds, to obtain proteins feast on mosquitos & other small insects!

Cute feeder, well made

I love the size of this feeder,it is smaller,and I don’t need a huge one. It arrived today ,so I have washed and cleaned it up to use shortly.I also love that it is glass,for the most part. Also the base of the feeder separates and comes apart for easy cleaning, also came with a S hook for hanging it up. Now we are ready to go, hang up and see if the hummingbirds like it! Also it does have perches for the birds to sit and rest on. Was at a decent price.

wouldn't purchase this brand

It gets airlocked and nectar stops flowing. You have to go out and shake it to fix it several times throughout the day. I called to see if I could do something to fix it and was told they didn't have any in stock so they couldn't check it out but would do something. that was months ago when I quit using it.

Problematic

Wanted to love it but I don’t. You have to constantly “tilt” the feeder until air bubbles release more nectar to the bottom. If you don’t, the nectar is too low & doesn’t come up high enough to the ports. Today while cleaning it to refill I noticed black mold growing in the tiny little silicone ports in the centers of the flowers. It was quite challenging to clean it out of them & as we all know, mold is dangerous to hummers.

I purchased the More Birds Bird Health Hummingbird Feeder for my husband. We were very pleased with all of its features. The glass bottle has a wide mouth for easy filling and a flat top so no more feeders following over when filled. We love that the ports have bee guards so yeah no more drowning bees.

Best feeder in 30 years

Finally a feeder that doesn't leak when the sun hits it in the morning. Really like the 10 oz capacity because the birds go through it fast enough that mold doesn't have time to grow before it needs a refill... So minimum cleaning necessary. Wide mouth makes what cleaning is required a breeze. As long as this one's available we will never buy a different one!

Bird Health+ Hummingbird Feeder, 10 oz.

I replaced a new model PerkyPet 8oz that leaks constantly with this feeder. This one does not leak. When you fill the bottle and turn it over to hang, the water only fills the basin about halfway unless you shake the feeder repeatedly to get the air out of the basin. I did that until the water filled the basin up to the bottom of the feeder tubes. The hummers now have a much more successful feeding. I suspect I will need to repeat this as the water level decreases.

HummingBirds Favorite Feeder!

By far one of the BEST feeders we have. We have 3 other fancier 32oz feeders, plenty of feeding ports with perch that goes all around. For some reason, the Hummingbirds prefer this one. Easily will have 10 Hummingbirds trying to feed with what looks like 10 more flying around in waiting for a spot to open up. Even though there is plenty of room on other feeders. It has a nice glass bottle. It’s easy to fill, easy to clean and we like the clear bottom so we can see what is going on with the nectar, how full or empty. Comes with attached ant moat. My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold enough. We fill it 3x’s a day. Buying larger one with same white flowers. As with other feeders we always back it off a half of twist after we fill and tighten it to allow the nectar to flow easier. Thanks to the clear bottom we saw that little trick works well.

I bought 6 of these hummingbird feeders. The feeders I received aren't exactly the ones shown in the picture, but they're close enough. So far my hummingbirds like them and that's all that really matters to me lol. The problem I had was with the box they put the feeders in. The box was too big for the feeders. Only half of the box was utilized which left a lot of room for the feeders to bounce around inside the box. The box was even slightly damaged with a tear that my hand could fit into. Thankfully the feeders were wrapped in bubble wrap and they all made it in one piece.

I need to replace my old ones with this! Amazing!!

Excellent hummingbird feeder.

I and the hummingbirds are very pleased with the feeder. The circular perch makes it easy for the hummingbirds to perch themselves while feeding so they can rest while feeding. I have been filling the feeder daily. The feeder holds 10 ozs. But run out by the end of the day. The feeder keep bees from accessing the nectar and it also has an ant moat to keep ant away from the nectar. I enjoy providing a necessary nutrient to the hummingbirds and get pleasure watching them fly around the feeder.

Best Hummingbird Feeder We've Found

We've been through many of these feeders. None of them seem to last very long and most get clogged full of ants who crawl in through the "flowers" and die in the nectar bottle leaving a gross mess. This one is different. It has a very clever "moat cap" which holds a couple ounces of water. Ants which try to get to the feeder end up drowning in the "moat." Of course you have to remember to keep the moat filled with water but it usually needs filling about the same time as the nectar jar. It's also pretty easy to disassemble and clean! Add to that the reasonable price and you have a real winner! Oh! And the hummingbirds seem to like it too. We bought one to try and ended going back for two more!

Happy Hummers

These are great feeders. I love that there are perches for the humming birds to sit on (yes, they like to sit and sip). I like that the size is not too big so the sweet feed will not get moldy in the hot summer. I like that there are 5 feeding stations on the feeder so more than one bird can sit and enjoy a meal at one time. This is my second time ordering these feeders and I like the new flower design (they are flatter than previous version). I ordered online and requested 4 because the last time I ordered one of the feeders had some broken parts and I just dealt with it, but this time I again had one with broken parts so I just returned that one. The only reason I didn't give the feeder a 5 star rating is that I have received feeders with broken parts.

2nd times a charm??

Well, I bought 1 of these and filled it up and hung it for a couple of days. I brought it in and was going to clean it, and for the life of me I couldn't get the base off of it to clean/refill it! I knew it was on snug (tightened until not dripping) and with the base being plastic, I didn't want to break it to get it off, I tried tapping, running under hot/cold water/used a gripper, nothing! The reviews were so good on this I thought maybe it was an just a freak thing. So I was going to return it and Walmart kindly refunded my money. I bought a replacement and it is hanging outside. The hummingbirds do seem to love it. So this time I "just" snugged it, hopefully I will be able to get the base off. (my other one that I have is metal and I don't have that problem) So, birds love it, and don't tighten it too much if it drips!

Was it Worth it??? Maybe at a much cheaper pric

Have shopped the stores MANY times and they never get any good feeders in. All are cheap and last a few seasons before beginning to leak , crack or the plastic flowers fall apart.

Easy to clean

Bought these off season on sale for a great price. Have fed hummers for years. Always frustrating shopping for serviceable feeders at a reasonable price. I’ve found over the years that the fancier, more complicated and more expensive a feeder was the less effective and serviceable they’ve been. My last batch had reached the end of their road due to breakage, missing parts, mold contamination, etc. These were the perfect replacement. Wide mouthed glass bottles should be easy to clean, stay clear and won’t deform from hot water. Feeder base comes apart for easy cleaning. Ant moat to keep them at bay. Looking forward to using these this spring. Now for the bad part. Two (of 5)arrived with one of the little plastic flower feeding ports broken in shipping due I believe to being poorly packed. The hummers probably won’t mind but I do. Not worth what it would cost to return.

At last - a feeder that has it all

I've had at least a dozen different types of hummingbird feeders over the years and this one is by far the best. At last, someone was able to get the design right so that it tics off all the boxes and has all the right features. To start with, it doesn't leak. Also, it's the right size (10 oz is just right), it has the built-in ant guard which you can use if needed. It can stand on it's own either upright or upside down for easy filling and transport. You can fill it and flip it over without any leakage. The clear glass with the wide mouth design makes for easy filling and cleaning. And, did I mention, it doesn't leak.

Perfect feeder in every way!

The best hummingbird feeders I have ever used! I have tried many brands and highly rated models over the past 5 years; but they either leaked, no matter how carefully I followed the instructions or were hard to clean. I discovered this product, as my fall migrants began arriving in mid July. It is perfect! Easy to fill; separates into 4 parts for easy dishwasher loading and the heavy duty plastic does not lose it's shape. It does not leak when hung and has a large u shaped perch for each feeding hole. My hummers also love these feeders and will sit for quite a while feeding and resting. I can't think of a single drawback. An excellent product!
