Not fit for the basement

This is the cheapest poorest quality chair I have ever seen. It has been 6 months since I purchased it and it looks like Iir is 20 years old. It fell apart and the back cushions are misshaped. Stay away!

This is a beautiful, elegant and comfortable chair. Had an issue with one of the chairs ordered but customer service was easy to deal with and solve the issue. shipping was fast. The chair looks just like the photos.

Arrived on time and in great condition. I like the feel of the fabric and silhouette of the chair.

We love these chairs! At first sitting, I thought they felt too firm, but now they are our go-to sitting chairs. The charcoal grey fabric is just beautiful. But be aware that they do have a bit of a velour feeling to the fabric. At first I didn't like this, but it has grown on me. Very well constructed--couldn't be happier.

Love these chairs! We got the oyster color and they are not white or cream but this color works for our rug and with our other furniture. They are very comfortable. The fabric has a nice sheen to it. All you have to install are the legs. They look more expensive than they actually are.

I was looking for just the right style to go with our antique reupholstered cowhide sofa and the thinner arms on these chairs with generous seat area were a great combination. I was initially disappointed because they are much darker than shown in the picture, however, I’m adjusting and keeping them anyway because I really like the style.

It’s much smaller than the picture lets on. It’s more of a child or little person chair, in my opinion. And I’m not super tall. If I had to order again, I’d double check the measurements first and probably not order it. Other than that, the quality is superb.

Bought two in gray. They are sturdy and comfortable. Lovely accent chairs!

I love this chair! I had a hard time finding anything that looked like it would be comfy, was cheap enough, but didnt look cheap, and fit my style. Its exactly what I wanted! Its not that sink into it, binge Netflix all day, kind of a chair, but its comfortable. It has a bit of a sheen to the fabric(kind of a velvet like look), which some reviewers said they didnt notice when looking at the pictures, the ad pictures make it look more matt like, but I love it, its a very pretty fabric!

Ordered the chair in gray and it looks different in person, but not in a good way. The fabric has a textured, synthetic look to it — like chenille.

Excellent chair and so comfortable. Birch Lane service was outstanding!!

The chair almost became iridescent during the day. It’s comfortable but the fabric is a little off. 

Very nice chair but too small. Not for an average size adult.
