Horrible mess! I have contacted Houzz repeatedly - filed a complaint, emailed, called - and have yet to get a person who will help me get to the bottom of this! Either the item is wrong or the description is wrong! These are not REEDED door pulls!! They are smooth. I need them for a commercial application and wanted reeded to hide handprints a better. . . THESE ARE NOT REEDED. . And Houzz customer service has been ZERO help in resolving the problem.
