Lame box

This box spilled salt everywhere. I had to transfer to Tupperware, after losing 1/4 of it to the counter and floor. I will stick to the rounded containers next time. I never had a problem with those.

I bought this salt specifically because it's iodized; I and many other Americans who eat "clean"/unprocessed don't get enough salt or iodine in our diets, so I was thrilled to find this product, which is made in the USA, on webstaurantstore as I just ran out. Quality product and trustworthy brand!

Morton Salf is must have seasoning in my pantry, I use salt for all my food, to clean vegetables , to clean pot and pan . Salf has many benefits. With a bottle like this can last me few months. Very good purchase.

Home Remedy

Still a good product. I bought a couple of herbicide to kill poison ivy. They didn’t work. Home remedy white vinegar and table salt. Works best but kills everything. I’m concerned for the soil. Will dig up the soil and have new dirt added to yard for vegetation.

Don't buy! Leaks like a sieve!

I purchased four boxes of these today, and was left with an absolute mess in my car that I'm still cleaning up. Each box just streamed out salt from the bottom, and on the ride home left SO much salt all over my floor. With the humid temps, it immediately caked up, and now I've got a huge mess in my vehicle that will require a lot of time cleaning. Poor design that is so easily avoided. Shame on you Morton's, and shame on you Sam's, for carrying this product.

My favorite

This is the one salt i like to purchase. I had tried others and ended up not liking them because of the texture. This one is nice and is iodized salt. I have been buying this for so many years and plan to continue

Steady stream out bottom

While boxes of salt often leak a little, both boxes I ordered on pickup were streaming out salt. I highly doubt I got anywhere near the weight on the box. Certainly there was a handful I poured out of my shopping bag. Bring back kosher salt because at least it leaked less!

We have been using the Morton iodized salt for meals like cooking or baking for years and it works great. It's easy to store, easy to get out, and it makes my food tasty and complete. The texture is very fine without rocks and without getting climpy. I would recommend it.

Including white powder/flour in it.

It has a lot of white powder in it. I put this salt in a cup of water to rinse my mouth and the water become very cloudy and has a lot of white residues in it. I tried different branch of salt, and they don't have this white powder. Not sure what they put in this Morton salt.

zero stars if it would allow me

I dont understand how anyone/company would be allowed to sell anything in the condition that this item came in. it was old and worn looking box with no seal on the pour spout. Came in the box leaking and its contents laying in the box. Walmart really needs to watch what they allow for third party selles to list amd sell.

This salt is a family favorite. I can remember this in my grandmother’s kitchen, my mother’s kitchen and now my own kitchen. I love the fact that the company has never changed the logos and graphics. It has a very nostalgic feel to me. I use this for many things, cooking, baking, mouth rinsing, crafts and cleaning. For 1/4 tsp it it is 590mg sodium. I will only use this salt in my home. I recommend this to be in every household.

Product great purchasing not!

Let's start with iodine is necessary to prevent thyroid goiter! All the free shipping options with plus, which is needed for rural living, are the overpriced versions that come with extra polluting waste! My membership gets more and more disappointing as they seem to prioritize the overpriced products for free shipping. Most of the cheaper products that rural farmers need on their very limited budget incomes are in store only. Should be considered to ship these products to areas more than 40 miles from the store or something. Don't forget that farmers are needed to support all city life by producing ALL OF THE food that's needed daily. Every time you see that nasty stinky plant in your city it's probably a big part of the creation of the entire town and supported by rural farmers. Let's provide a little more support for the necessities and a little less for China profiting, world polluting, unnecessary plastic junk! Having originated in the natural state this is getting disappointing! Please make some changes! Not saying you should pay for it all but at least try to lobby for some rural support!

Cheraw store needs improvement.

NO iodized salt at all?? Cant believe that. Bet I could go to Bennettsville Wal-Mart and get it. You're also out of zero gatorade almost all the time or at least punch and grape. A group of six this past Tues. got on the subject of our Wal-Mart compared to Bennettsvile's. Ours came up way short. Theirs is better stocked and cleaner. Also know that our prices here are higher than at the beach and that's because there is no where else to shop but IGA. Please, can't we do better? I'm very thankful for pickup service and on the most part it's very good.

I grew up with this salt. This is the only salt mom and dad and momaw and popaw used and it's all I use. It's very affordable. Anywhere from $99 cent to $1.39 for 26 ounces according where you buy. No improvements needed. It brings out more flavor in food than other brands of salt do. I think it taste better has a stronger taste profile than other brands and I have tried few other brands. It lasts longer than other brands because it only takes a little of Morton Iodized salt so it lasts longer because it takes lot more of other brands to get my food where I want it! I thought salt was salt until I started trying other brands. Morton Iodized salt has always been my favorite and always will be my favorite brand. I 100% reccomend anyone who hasn't tried it.!!

Morton Iodized Round Table Salt is an absolute staple in my house. From the pretty blue container that stands out in my cupboard, making it easy to recognize and grab to the quality product. This is very easy to use, peel off the top and open/close by lifting the metal piece out and a nicely controlled pouring out however much you need. The taste is amazing, perfect for both baking, cooking, and seasoning foods. Morton provides a quality product at a very affordable cost, and I have never once received a bottle of salt that didn't surpass my expectations. Highly recommend. Absolutely the best iodized salt on the market.

Personal Salt Mine

The product itself is great. It flows easily like the Morton's salt we all know and love. One of the great things is the price! I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was in comparison to what we typically spend in the supermarket. The only issue I have is the packaging. I wish it was in a container that could be closed/sealed. It's a box, so I have sealed the top with masking tape and placed it inside a freezer bag. I don't anticipate running out of salt for a very long time.

I’ve never known any other salt. I used to remember my mom always saying to get the iodized ? I never actually knew why lol , just knew mamma knew best ! And so the girl with the umbrella because the girl in my cabinets when I had a house if my own ! This salt has never given me a reason to change the brand or try another. It seasons my food , salts my pasta water ... what more do I need. No need to change if the product does it’s job and hadn’t seem. Or needed to change for decades. They must be doing something right ;))))
