I'm a content creator, video editor, media producer, and host trainings all from the comfort of my home office. I wanted a mount that would hold an iMac Pro as well as a 27" monitor, and wanted one that would do it well. This mount fits the bill! Super sturdy and easy to set up.
These monitor arms were easy to get setup and ready for use. The only downside which isn't due to the mount is that the range of motion available for me isn't great with my Samsung - UE590 Series 28" LED 4K UHD Monitors, even though they are rated for use up to that. You will also want to make note of where the mount is located on your monitor. The monitors I referenced required me to mount them upside down due to the mount being placed at the very bottom of the monitor.
After using similar monitor arms at my office, I gave in and bought these from Best Buy on sale for use at home. This helps clear a lot of space on my desk that would have otherwise been taken up by the stands that came with each monitor. Additionally, the two USB ports at the base of this stand allow me to easily plug in a flash drive or portable hard drive without reaching around to the back of my computer tower. I highly recommend catching this product on sale...you won't be disappointed.
