Does what it's supposed to do

It does what I need it to do and is a good deal for what it costs, you likely will not be disappointed if you're looking for a simple standing desk. Keep in mind that while you can adjust the overall height of the desk, you can't adjust the distance between the top surface and the shelf below. Not unhappy with the purchase.

Great standing desk, works well for changing up from sitting to standing.

Sadly one side of the lectern’s support broke after adjusting the height - but Wayfair replaced the item at no cost.

Perfect for working at home!

Bought this for my now home office and to avoid sitting all day. It holds my 15 inch laptop and a mouse (on a pad so it does not roll off) nicely. While it is fairly sturdy (no worries about it collapsing or falling over), it does wobble some so if I touch the desk while on a ZOOM call, my laptop moves a bit, which is a bit annoying. However, it does not bother me when I am just typing. I am combining this stand up desk with other options to sit around the house and outside as standing for part of the work day is new to me. In short, I like having this option, as it was reasonably priced for this new way of working.

The Right Height

I searched for days for a standing desk that was higher than counter height. This was the only one I found. Lucky for me the quality has been excellent, sturdy, and it was affordable! One of the bolts wasn't bored out for tightening, but we handled that. We're thinking of buying another one because my husband wants to stand and work too. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to sit less and keep their posture while working. Great product!

Great, solid frame and adjustment options. The laminated wood top and shelf do not appear durable (especially at the edges). As a result, I've ordered ~$200 worth of 1/4" grey tempered glass tops to complete the package. With these, I expect it will be a great, durable standing desk for many years to come. It would be great if they offered glass top/shelf as an option/upgrade.
