I am returning the mount not because it isn't good but because I unfortunately have an oddly built glass desk and am afraid that because of the way the desk is manufactured, it will eventually shatter the glass top. Pretty easy to assemble and take apart. My only gripe is that the directions do not explain how to properly use the adjustment key. The heavier/larger the monitor, the looser you want the adjuster. Its counter intuitive but. After adding more tension my 34" ultra wide kept collapsing the arm. After loosening the tension, and hanging the monitor, the weight allowed it to stay at the height i move it to.

It works. I'm using for 3 monitors. Fine adjustment isn't great, but you can eventually get the monitors where you want them.

We installed these Arm Desk Mounts on our teller line. The employees love them as they can adjust the monitor to the ideal height and tilt for their individual needs.

The design looks cool. But overall is a terrible cheap piece of crap. It was a problem since the moment I opened it. The stupid plastic bezel on the rear mounting bracket never attached correctly. The plastic bezel along the arms are cheap junk that fall off. If you have more than four wires (which isn’t that unusual) the trash wire brackets done even have enough to hold the wires and the bezel won’t slide on. The monitor tilts crooked, no matter what I do. Can’t believe I wasted $80 on this trash. Amazon. It’s probably the same quality.  would definitely not recommend. I would upload pictures but you won’t know what I’m talking about until you see it in person. Plus a mechanically inclined so I know trash when I see it. The person who designed it obviously doesn’t use it.

Very nice arm for the price! These replaced some cheap arms that couldn't do the job. This arm claims to hold up to 20 lbs and my 18 lb monitor seems to be staying in place with full motion! The instructions were easy to follow for installation.

Ive owned for 1 Year now. I had some worries as many reviews say that either it cant hold their monitors, or the tightening is virtually impossible to loosen and adjust. This arm is heavy duty, metal the whole way around except under the arm of the base, where it can be detached to hold your wires. If you got thick wires, it kinda sucks, but even then, it holds pretty well. The wires if fiddled enough can flat out hide your wires. It comes with a way to hold the screen whether you made a hole through the desk, or if you are putting it on at the end of the table. I can say, WITH CONFIDENCE, that this will hold your monitor. This thing is S T R O N G. Barely any wiggle, and you can rotate the screen. I dont write reviews at all, but I had to search long and hard for something that wouldnt break on me like so many reviewers say and wish to spread the word to any who want a monitor arm already like i was a year ago. If you are looking for a strong and heavy duty that is less than $100, I'm telling you right now, this is it.
