Wayfair misrepresented the color of this area rug in the photos on their website. Upon receiving it in person it was much darker than it was shown on their site. I asked to return the rug within a few days of reveiving it and was told I would have to pay $52 to ship the rug back to them. Since customers are not able to see the items in person before purchasing, if they do not match the images that are on the website we should not be charged to ship back a return. This is an inaccurate listing followed by poor customer service and now I am being asked to pay $52 to return it? Extremely disappointed and unhappy!

I love this rug so much! It's so beautiful in my living room and ties the entire space together. I get so many compliments on this rug. It's warm, inviting and elevates the space so much.

Its well made and the colors are very pretty. You WILL need a strong vacuum due to the texture.

Charcoal = Blue?

I ordered the Ivory/Charcoal rug, and the "charcoal" was actually quite blue and did not go with my dining room, so I returned it. Other than that, it was a pretty rug and seemed to be good quality.

Very pretty in person and matches an array of blue

Love the color of the rug as it blends many blues. It is more on the lighter cream side, not too beige. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the raised texture and lower "canvas" feel to it. This rug is not uniform in pile. The design is raised.

Love the pop of color this rug adds to my sunroom. Makes the sunroom very cheerful looking and goes very well with the colors of the pillows on my couch. Get addition to the sunroom.
