The cutting mats are color coded so that I can use a different color for each category of food product. I get to choose which color I prefer to associate with which product - for example: one color for cutting meats, a different color for chopping veggies, etc. I am confident that this is the safest method to use in food preparation to avoid cross contamination.

These are great for chopping veggies. I make a lot of soups and usually need at least a couple to prep. They are flexible enough but not flimsy... as I've had others in the past that warp out of shape. They'd make a great gift for any cook!

It wasn't the same as what's on the picture. It's missing that little stand. At first I thought I got the wring item but when I read the description, I realized it was the right one. The picture can be a little bit misleading. It was thinner than I thought it was gonna be but I like the size and also the fact that regardless how thin the boards are they don't move when cutting stuff.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! They do not slide around on my kitchen counter and now my husband know which one to use for veggies/fruit, meat, poultry, and fish! So convenient in the kitchen! Would highly recommend:)

Cute and Practical Cutting Mats

These are high-quality and a great size (not too big or small). The flexibility of the mats makes it easy to cut up food and transfer to the stove for cooking. The little logos on the mats are a plus.

Not as great as I hoped

I had been wanting a set of these for a long time. The grid underside grips the counter sufficiently so that they do not slide. I love that after chopping a bunch of veggies I can just bend them to funnel into my prep bowl. My first issue is that they really don’t fit into the dishwasher without folding between two racks, so they come out curled and hard to use. I hate hand washing them. A minor fact, a non issue as far as serviceability, but, the little icons ( cow, fish , carrot,chicken) washed off after first use. They are great to use, but for me difficult to wash and store.
