Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Orders a bunch of items. Ended up sending five different messages, and even had WM intervene on my behalf. Seller never responded. Absolute trash seller peddling garbage.

Christmas clock.

I wanted a nice clock for Christmas time on my mantle and this fits the bill. Its a lovely clock great for Christmas very happy with it.

Tannenbaum Clock Tower

I do like the clock tower, although the clock does ot work very well, it keeps changing the time when one arm hits another. Not sure what else I can do to fix it. Plus unfortunately it is made of plastic which I overlooked.

Lovely addition to collection.

I absolutely love this clock tower and I love how the Christmas decorations come off and this will stay out all year long!

Not what I expected from LEMAX

I expected this to be a ceramic, light up building, but apparently I should have looked closer. The building is plastic and does not light up. I did manage to insert some battery powered led string lights through the back window to provide some illumination. It does have a working clock, but it is hard to see when it was put into my display-especially before I added the lights. I have not had trouble with the attachments yet, and I do like that there is flexibility on where the garland and sign are hung. The wreaths/swags attach with magnets and the front attaches well, but the sides seem less stable, and there is no way to attach them to the back if that side is visible in the display. Overall, it is cute, but not what I expect from Lemax.

Lemax Clock Tower

It would be nicer if the windows and clock face illuminated. It is lost in a dark room at night when you actually like to have the item on display.

This product not up to par.

This Lemax looks cute. But I think Lemax missed it because it has no lighting. The windows are painted. Worst you cannot find the battery compartment. Do this again with lights and the clock working which was the best part.

Product not worth the money

This product is poorly made, expensive for what you get, and breaks right away (I had 3 different parts that broke). No lights or anything, just the clock moves, and I got lucky trying to open it because the instructions are not good at all.

I wish it lit up

The piece is beautiful, they should have added a light inside to shine thru the windows

Looks nice, but doesn't illuminate

Fantastic idea from Lemax, the description doesn't state that the piece doesn't light up, as do the other Lemax buildings. Upon opening the package, I was disappointed to learn that it is only a highly decorated clock. I also noticed that the railings under the face of the clock aren't flush with the part of the trim on which they are glued.

This product Stinks. We received no instructions

We received no instructions in how to install the battery. We returned to the store where the Manager had difficulty opening the battery compartment. Her instructions won't work as you push the cover up against a pillar. We'll return it tomorrow.
