I had to order 2 of these units as the first one that arrived, the box was torn open and some of the components were missing. It should have not been delivered in that condition in the first place. In addition, the Fed-Ex driver said that "recipient is not available" (paraphrased), which was a flat out lie as I was at home, all day, with my front door open waiting for the delivery. Not to mention that the delivery time changed three times before the item was delivered 4or 5 days later. Once the first item was returned, a replacement was delivered a few days later, which was appreciated. This time the item that was delivered seemed to be fine, as the box appeared to be intact and unopen. However, upon opening the item, I discovered both of the endcaps were damaged at the top and the front and back rails would not attach to the endcaps, rendering the item useless. While I was procuring a second return request, it was brought to my attention, that a replacement unit could not be rendered as your policy does not allow, and I would need to reorder a replacement after my credit card was credited, which I was informed that the credit could take 7 to 10 days to receive, which I cannot understand why it would take so long to receive a credit, when the credit card debit is taken immediately. By the way, the second return was picked up on 8/10/24 and here it is 8/20/24 and a credit to my card has yet to made.

Muscle Rack - Not Without Issues

Orderwd and received 4 ea. packaging is horrible. Luckily the sides were only damaged minimally and able to be bent back into shape easily. Hardware package missing in one, hardware taken out of other package.

Storage Rack

This was the second time I ordered the rack. The first time, there was only one area that was bent and we were able to put it together. So I ordered a second one and I received the rack quickly. However, the second rack was bent in several places. Otherwise the quality was good. It was hard to put together due to the bent places in the frame.

They are heavy duty but do not come packaged well. everything inside is loose so came all scuffed and paint chipped in places. a few pieces bent too

Plenty of storage with economy

Received the item in good condition. Easy to put together with two people. It looks sturdy however it should not be considered heavy duty compared to gladiator. Will do the job for most home uses.

Awesome shelving, especially for the price

These are spectacular and comparable to much more expensive units. The finish did get slightly scuffed up in shipping, and a couple pieces throught the multiple units were slightly bent, but very easy to bend back and nothing that would inhibit structual integrity or function.

Well built, easy assembly.

Over the years, I've assembled quite a few different styles of shelving units for my business. In regards to warehouse style shelving, this Muscle Rack rack is well engineered and extremely easy to erect. It took less than 1 hour to put up 2 racks. There are only a few fasteners to install that hold support bars in place. Everything else slides into place. Easy enough.

Great Shelving

These shelves are great. Decent deal for the quality. After unboxing you might be reasonably concerned, but once they are together they are solid. Would buy again.

HOT GARBAGE!

DO NOT BUY THIS RACK FROM WALMART.COM! It will arrive damaged! Packaging destroyed. Contents bent and twisted. Spend the extra money at your local home improvement store. You won’t end up with a pile of scrap metal.

Great Shelves for the garage

Assembly was a breeze. They are fairly light so they are easy to move by myself. im not a fan of the wire shelf but it is sturdy and easy bend.

Durable Good Value Shelving

Packaging arrived damaged however the shelving units were undamaged. Takes less than 20 minutes to assemble with two people. Organized two garages with 8 of these units. I would recommend ripping OSB if you find something that won't sit properly on the wire shelving.

Muscle Rack

Needs three seniors to put together and four to stand up and put into place due to the weight. I would not recommend to anyone 50-68 making this purchase took 2 hours to put together

Love It!

This rack didn’t come with the best instructions, but overall we still got it put together pretty quickly. It’s a really good size and will hold a lot. We currently have all of our seasonal tote boxes and still have room for more. The price was also really reasonable. I don’t think I could buy all the lumber and materials to make anything any cheaper than this was.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Light weight, sturdy racking that is easy to put together. Only one small bend that was caused by the delivery service, and it was easily fixed. Would definitely purchase again and just might for the other side of my garage!!

These are so poorly made. They are not good quality. The boxes arrived and some of the parts were bent. They do not stand straight on all four legs. Horrible horrible product. I should have spent $20.00 more a product and got the shelf at Costco which are 10000000 times better. Never buy this brand

Not what you think.

The picture is deceiving...I thought I would get a very sturdy shelf, like the ones Costco sells but this is definitely not the case. It's aluminum and steel. Very thin metal used and lightweight.

shelf seems to be sturdy but not really heavy duty and packing needs to be better QA couple parts got bent during shipping due to broken zip ties but able straighten out as i am handy

Could be better…

No instructions and 3 pieces neither my husband or I can figure out where they go….seems easy to put together but I’m wondering if pieces are missing. Will probably return 🙁
