We own 2 sizes of the Mongolian chimes and have given one as a gift. All are treasured. Phenomenal quality and craft. Even more beautiful tone. Gorgeous product!!
Awesome tones!
They sound great! They seem to be well manufactured; for instance, the strings holding everything together are much beefier than I expected; love the stainless steel; the wind catcher is detachable and can be exchanged for a smaller one if it is too noisy or taken off all together--great option! I slipped on a key-ring ring through three of the strings for ease of taking it on and off the hook. I need to take them down each night so no one can steal them and I put them up each morning. Pay the extra $$ and get these instead of little ones(I have those, too, next to them for a great compliment). I can only guess how great the 2 1/2 inch diameter ones must sound! :) Enjoy!
