Horrible customer service by the Manufacture

Bad customer service from the manufacturer. Can’t repair a simple issue (no parts available) had to put in the landfill after a year.

We live in a small house but were missing our previous fireplace. We purchased this because the fireplace looks realistic and we would have storage. It's perfect for the space, the fireplace looks more realistic than higher priced electric fireplaces. We opted to use the assembly because it can be frustrating to assemble some things and the fireplace could be tricky. We are very pleased with the TV/fireplace and the assembly went much better than expected. It's a very nice addition to our living room. The only downside was the shelf for tech pieces. We have an older DVD player which didn't fit. It's just time to get rid of that anyway.

Best Biy Ever

Absolutely love my fireplace and it beautifull and fits so well with my room, also very cozy on a cold day and nice to wrap up and watch tv and be warm while watching a movie.

It is exactly what I was looking for. It fits into my kitchen beautifully. Pretty easy to assemble, you have to take your time, but is well made. I’m a 75 year old women and I did it by myself.

Heating up

Perfect fireplace, size, quality, and style. Bought this a year ago and no issues! We use it every night for ambiance and on the cold nights the heat fills the space in less than 30 mins!

Burned my floor

The piece was incredibly difficult to put together due to the low quality hardware. Once assembled and used as instructed, the heating element left a burn spot on my hardwood floors after 2 uses.

I would recommend this product to others

We make good use of this product, although a bit of a challenge putting it together all is good now.

Great tv stand/fireplace

The unit itself is great, however the remote that came with it didn't work. The Brick doesn't do anything to replace it. I, the customer, was given a number to call. Now it is up to me to deal with the hassle and time to get it replaced. Still waiting to get the replacement and hopefully it will work.

Electric fireplace

Took two people, myself and a friend 6 hours to assemble; otherwise, not bad.

This has a nice look to it. The actual wood except for the top is particle/OSB material. There is a very thin layer of vinyl veneer of the OSB. It chips and tears easily. Just be careful with assembly. I took my time and it took about 3 hours. Also this comes in 3 boxes.

Great Addition

The entire unit came in 3 boxes. It took a little over an hour to build on my own, with the only challenges being the door hinges and getting those settings correct. The unit looks great and gives off enough heat to fill a ~450sqft bedroom. The remote is a little sensitive and you need to have a direct line of sight to control - but otherwise works great. Would recommend.

Beautiful Furniture

I love this furniture for my 65 inch television. It looks great and the fireplace gives a nice ambiance. I had the Beat Buy Geek Squad install it for me, thank goodness due to the many parts … they did an excellent job.

It's nice

It's a nice stand. The pieces appear to be slightly different colours but it's not super noticeable when you're not building it. Clear instructions with nicely labelled pieces.

It is a great product. It looks really good in the living room. The only recommendation is to be careful when assembly you can easily scratch the wood.

Assembly: This fireplace was not overly complex to assemble if you take your time and read the directions carefully which we did have to download off the internet because that was missing. Heat: We are using this in our finished basement and you can adjust the temp or keep the flame on and turn off the heat function. It warms a 16x22 room fairly quickly. Just remember if you don't close off doors to other areas it isn't going to be efficient. Be reasonable with expectations it's not a meant to heat a whole home but a room. Style: I added book cases I found from a Home Depot's website to add balance. Tv is a 65". Overall: The fireplace is very sturdy and looks really nice. Heats well. You can find this on other sites BUT Bed Bath and Beyond had the BEST price by far ($150-250) on average less than other sites. Great communication on shipping updates and it does arrive in multiple boxes . Downside was finding the assembly instructions on line but wasn't worth deducting a star for that. Suggestion: link the assembly instructions in the product description so customers don't have to search the web
