Handle is awkward
The handle started sticking on day 2. Then it would not shut off. Had to have the plumbers out again. They said something tore up the cartridge. Delta did promptly send a replacement cartridge but did not cover the plumbers additional charge. The hand seems cheap and lightweight.

The stopper knob seems very fragile and doesn’t work well....
The stopper knob seems very fragile and doesn’t work well. Our plumber plans to look at it again. It’s all fine except I do not care for the stopper mechanism. Very hard to use.

The faucets arrived quicker than anticipated and in good condition....
The faucets arrived quicker than anticipated and in good condition.The faucets come with a plastic tool to tighten the nut on the bottom of the counter top making installation easier.It also comes with a tool to remove the aerator screen. The hoses are plenty long for about any application. The faucets come with a drain assembly that includes a "drain stopper" to prevent items from going into the drain. The faucets work good.Cons:. I don't like the mounting bracket that is used to attach the faucet under the counter top. It seems to flex making it difficult to tighten. A flat plate like the one on the American Standard faucet I used in another bathroom was better.
