The design to put together is crappy. It has you put that dowel into the hole then put a screw.. the screw angles go much and in turns goes into the hole and doesn’t hold the side bars.

Nice and sturdy. Material a little slippery, otherwise very happy...

Solid island barstool

Comfortable, sturdy, comfortable and very easy to assemble - recommend

These barstools are super comfortable. Distressed look is minimal and they were very easy to put together. The are slightly lower at the seat base than my old set but work just fine.

Great fun picture to spark imaginations in bonus room for grandchildren to sleep and play. Print can be hung with or without a frame. Wish there was a companion print.

I purchased these several years ago and I still love them. I have five granddaughters that spend every summer with me and they are really hard on furniture. I have had no issues with these chairs at all. They're beautiful.

Chairs look nice with the island but they require assembly and are not up to the quality of the matching kitchen island. We had to return them and we had a very good experience with Overstocks return policy and assistance.

Very comfortable tall bar stool

We needed tall bar stools for our kitchen nook area, with a requirement that they had to be comfortable for extended periods of sitting. These fulfilled these requirements - very comfortable to sit in, just the right height for our bar-height table. Unfortunately, they are not height-adjustable, but it's not a problem for us. . . . . Assembly was a little tricky - instruction sheet was difficult to read and understand, but I managed to get the stools put together successfully in spite of that.

I bought 6 of these for my kitchen island. I am very happy with them.

Not happy with quality

Not happy with quality and seat height is 23 inches not 24 inches.

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with this product. First, the image is deceiving. Because there are two stools shown, it makes you think there are two stools in one unit, but there isn't. For the price, I certainly thought there were two. That was my own mistake, but still, I feel I was misled. Since the price is high, especially for only one stool, I expected a better quality product. The quality is okay, but it certainly does not justify the cost of this product. It does not feel as sturdy as I would expect - the wood is NOT strong and solid. The assembly was terrible!! The instructions were useless. I had to drill my own holes to secure the legs. Some of the assembly materials were scattered in the box, so I was unsure if I had all the necessary pieces. In addition, the chair wobbles. It's missing a little piece on the bottom, which makes it uneven. Overall, while the product looks fairly good, the quality is on the poorer side, assembly is difficult and it is too costly for what you get. I regret this purchase.
