Rug came unraveled almost immediately. Due to loose weaving unable to vacuum so constantly looks dirty. No point in trying to send back because original packaging was just plastic wrap with an address sticker on it.
I love the feel and texture of this rug!! It’s so luxurious! But beware of using a regular vacuum on it, if you catch the end of a ribbon it’ll pull it out. I found it better to shake the rug to get it clean, but it’s pretty heavy and awkward so it’s not a job for the weak! I would still purchase it, just be aware. Overall, it’s just wonderful! It’s high quality for sure!
