The product is well package, specifically double packaged in layers of cardboard and 1" styrofoam. The porcelain glaze is consistent and heavy enough for the intended use. The overflow has a chrome beauty ring that can be removed if it does not match the faucet or drain finishes. The top has been ground flat for installation but still has a small amount of rocking, approximately 1/16" when set inverted on a flat surface. There is a brand sticker on the glaze below where the faucet will hang over. This sticker is not installed straight, is offset, etc. however can easily be removed. I have not installed the sinks yet. TBD
