Aweful…. It never formed its shape. The process to have have this repaired or replaced is horrendous. I am a breast cancer survivor with other health issues going on and I still have a long road to climb. My joints needs comfort. I can not lift heavy things that I was once able to. They use FedEx who is horrible and will not help to lift in my home or remove it. What a waste of money and time. I am forced to go into my new job assignment in pain and exhausted. Look’s nothing like the picture. My back is worse ever!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Walmart RUINED CHRISTMAS!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The return process is absolutely ludacris. Walmart works against the customers. The overseas customer service representatives are VERY HARD to understand, and they are not familiar with policy. It's sad that Walmart treats loyal customers like trash. I pray that I NEVER have to do business with Walmart again. My children's Christmas was totally ruined because of Walmart.
